Best Starbucks in Gilroy. Employees are very friendly, the inside is always clean. I love that they always get my order right. Sometimes the drive through is a little busy but that just goes to show that many others like this Starbucks at the Patio also.

Starbucks offers quick service through both drive-thru and in-person ordering, with good quality drinks. The location has ample parking but the tables could be cleaner. However, the loud music can make conversations difficult. Despite this, the friendly staff, like Fernando, provide amazing customer service, ensuring orders are correct and even offering gas money to customers in need. The baristas are attentive and quick to fix any mistakes, creating a positive experience overall.
