On Tuesday morning of the 11th of February at 840 am I went into this location to pick up my mobile order. When I went up to grab my drink I noticed the Barista made my drink wrong. I politely asked her to remake the drink as it's starbucks policy to fix their mistake. Instead she offered to just remove the whip cream as opposed to remaking my drink. I again repeated could you please remake it i don't like the whip cream Starbucks uses. She rolled her eyes and slowly went to remake my drink which she did again make incorrectly. I noticed but didn't bother to say anything about her not making it correctly and 2nd time. When my order was ready she did not call my order out that it was ready and when I went up to get my drink I asked for a straw to drink it with. Her response was ill get it when I'm done with what I'm doing. So I reached around the counter where the straws were to grab a straw and she Started yelling at me so I replied with 1st you make my drink wrong making me late for work because I now had to wait for you to remake the drink then you proceed to make me wait longer when I asked for a straw. 1st of all I didn't order a side of attitude with my drink. 2nd she could have just remade the drink correctly and placed a straw with the drink on the counter when she didn't call out my drink. 3rd why are you hiding the straws behind the counter if your employees can't hand them out when asked for? O let the shift lead know I was upset and was offered no apology or resolution. The situation really ruined my morning my drink was not good and I didn't appreciate the young woman's response. On Wednesday the 12th of February i went in to speak to the manager Diego who too was non sympathetic to the situation and stated that i was out of line from what his employees told him about the altercation. I tried to explain to Diego that I tried to be calm and patient at 1st but really didn't appreciate her attitude. He remained un sympathetic to my story and seemed to take the baristas side saying that I was out of line. 1st of all she should have read the label on my drink to ensure it was made correctly and when asked to correct the mistake she should have just apologized and fixed the problem . I only got upset when she said I'll get you a straw when I'm done. I've been going to Starbucks for 28 or 29 years daily and never had such bad service. I was gonna let it go but after speaking to Diego the manager and him not taking concern for the way his team and bad service towards me made me more upset. I get that you want to take your employees side but she was sooooooooo wrong her mean girl attitude because she didn't want to remake a drink she made wrong isn't my problem and shouldn't have been a problem and it will affect your business if you allow her to act this way towards customers. All i wanted was some understanding of the situation and that it would be addressed. That didn't happen I was let down. Diego did give me a refund and I stated I will not be returning to the location again. 1st of all if your employee is wrong they shouldn't argue with a customer. I do not reccomend this location the team and management does not care about service or the customer. When they are ready to apologize ill take this down. I hope everyone reads this at Starbucks to understand why your business sucks. I just wanted my drink made correctly if your people can't do that right and have good customer service why are they working in the service industry. I thought that Deigo would care to know how his employees are but he doesn't I was brushed of as the problem . I only got upset in the end when asking for a straw a straw she couldn't just hand me a straw really this is your employees.

When a drink is made it should be made as the recipe says. My drink MULTIPLE TIMES was made using green tea when I am extremely careful about which drink I get because I have a severe allergy. I thought I would give them another chance (yes I’m a fool for that) but they yet again made me my drink with tea. I even asked them if it was made with tea and the girl said in a very snotty way “no there is no tea in it. why would there be?” This is not the first time I have had issues there but this will be the last time I go to this location because of the attitude and the fact that they don’t give a damn about their customers. Literally the worst Starbucks in Gilroy. Go to any other one.

Rude cashier. Absolutely NO customer service skills. I asked for a tray for 2 coffees. She pointed. I asked for a bag to put my breakfast items in. She pointed and walked past the bags. I regretted adding a tip. Never going back. Courtesy goes a long way. Management needs to train their employees at this sight

I come here whenever I have spare cash. I've always ordered the same thing. Today when I ordered my venti carmel ribbon Crunch Frappuccino majority was whipped cream and the rest was the actual drink. They claim that's the way it's done but I've never seen it like this. Upon asking about it they insisted it was right. On the label it says grande Caremel crunch Frappuccino in a venti cup. I asked why they did that and they couldn't provide an answer.

I've been to a lot of starbucks throughout California, and Each one has been fantastic. You know it's chain, but it's really good service. Really good food and coffee. Can't go wrong when you go to a starbucks period ended discussion

I came here to get a Venti iced latte, and when the girl with the long eyelashes helps me, she is always so rude, and she gave me a iced coffee and not a iced latte, so i taste it and i ask her to remake it , So she takes it back and ask me to go park. And this girl had the nerve to bring me out the same exact coffee she just took my sticker off of it. Same taste same color.. this girl is always so bitchy, She definitely needs to be re trained in her customer service skill's or find another job where she doesn't have to deal with customers because being a barista is obviously not her thing.
I am going to another starbucks to see if they will be kind enough to remake my latte, and actually make a latte not an iced coffee cuz I do not want to deal with this girl and her attitude and her eye rolling.

We need a zero option for customer service. It’s 8am I’m in the drive thru and I am paying for my PSL. When I ordered the drink i told whoever was on the other end I wanted to pay with points. Once I get to the window Cameron tells me I can’t pay with points because I didn’t tell her before. I reminded her that this was my second time mentioning it. She is going back and forth with me giving me a lot of attitude for being so early in the morning. Do not give this location your money the service is trash! Cameron if you can’t do basic customer service then quit!
