I came here to get a Venti iced latte, and when the girl with the long eyelashes helps me, she is always so rude, and she gave me a iced coffee and not a iced latte, so i taste it and i ask her to remake it , So she takes it back and ask me to go park. And this girl had the nerve to bring me out the same exact coffee she just took my sticker off of it. Same taste same color.. this girl is always so bitchy, She definitely needs to be re trained in her customer service skill's or find another job where she doesn't have to deal with customers because being a barista is obviously not her thing.
I am going to another starbucks to see if they will be kind enough to remake my latte, and actually make a latte not an iced coffee cuz I do not want to deal with this girl and her attitude and her eye rolling.

We need a zero option for customer service. It’s 8am I’m in the drive thru and I am paying for my PSL. When I ordered the drink i told whoever was on the other end I wanted to pay with points. Once I get to the window Cameron tells me I can’t pay with points because I didn’t tell her before. I reminded her that this was my second time mentioning it. She is going back and forth with me giving me a lot of attitude for being so early in the morning. Do not give this location your money the service is trash! Cameron if you can’t do basic customer service then quit!

I would give the Drive Through Starbucks close to the corner of Wren and 1st Street 5 stars but it seems like they aren't able to make Fappachinos every day. I guess they don't order enough to make them all the time.

Service was good, they asked if I wanted extra ice and I said regular is fine, I also ordered a venti but my drink came out not even filled to the top. Why pay for a venti if it’s not gonna be full.

I always get the coffee frapachinno with sugar free vanilla. I also always ask that it be double blended so it's easier to get through the straw. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

It’s very annoying when you take a detour in your route to come to order a drink. Once arriving to the drive thru it took about minute to even be greeted, we were about to leave to just order inside since they are still open. As we were about to drive off someone finally greeted us laughing. We then proceeded to order a Frappuccino but the lady behind the speaker start to laugh and say sorry they didn’t send us any Frappuccino’s today to make…… ummmm this was very rude because as a previous barista I know how annoying it is to make a Frap but to really be rude and passive I think you need to take a 10. She didn’t want to take our order and wouldn’t even offer us different options to order. We did not feel welcome at all. The service of Starbucks has gone down drastically, and I believe this location needs to get reevaluated because right across the street there’s another Starbucks that offers better service. Yes there is the convenience of the drive-thru here but to really get quality service go across the street, it’s way worth it. Especially in this economy.For the store manager and district manager, this was on April 17, 2024 @ 6:35pm. Please reevaluate the barista who is working at the drive-through.

Everytime I’ve gone through the drive through the lady Madeline helping me is always very rude. it’s really not hard to have decent manners. I’ll order a drink with a different milk substitute and if I ever ask for anything else she’ll just snap out a “are you done?”. I ordered my drink with a certain cold foam and she corrected me when that’s not even the flavor I wanted and then ignored me when I asked no salt with it. Everytime I pull up to the speaker - I don’t mind waiting at all especially if they’re catching up on orders. But they just keep telling me to wait very rude as if I’m being impatient? And never apologize for making me wait so long and just make my experience miserable. You guys just opened and you’re already the worst Starbucks I’ve had to deal with in town. I’ve been nothing but patient and nice with this spot and gave it multiple try’s and I’m disappointed everytime.

Waited for my order for 20 minutes - not an issue in and of itself, but no one asked me during that time what I was waiting for. My order was ready but behind the counter. I work in retail, and I would expect to have my head ripped off if I let a customer stand in front of me for 20 minutes without so much as acknowledging them.

Not environment friendly at all. The lady at the drive thru register was very rude unprovoked, she had an attitude problem and kept slamming the window shut. This location really needs to train their employees better. This lady was clearly was having a bad day, but how is that my fault? They also don't make the drinks right. I wouldn't recommend this location. There's always a problem with this specific location.
