Dine in, I asked for mayonnaise for our french fries. She gave me one tiny packet, I asked for more, and they turned out to be difficult to open. I asked for new ones or scissors, she gave me a plastic cup of mayo. I mix it with a cup of ketchup. Two combo meals, and a tip. I should have never tipped. I did not receive good service. 😡👎👎👎

I have been going to Hamburger Habit since 1974, Isla Vista store first. I will probably not go back yesterday I went to the Gilroy store. It was not good. I had to wait to order, because employees were standing around lost. The person taking my order could barely speak English and never smiled once. I waited a very long time then went to the counter. I saw my order sitting ready to be served me. For over 5 minutes. The help again was apparently taking a break, all of them. When I finally got my order the one I had been watching, it was cold. I'm sorry to have gone in, what a waste of money. You really should have English speaking people at the counter, this is America, we speak English.

For a burger place, The Habit beats Five Guys any day. Great menu, all cooked "your way". The workers pay attention to special requests like no salt, hold the cheese, well done. So far they've never made a mistake in my order. An item on the menu got my interest... 1/2 fries paired with 1/2 onion rings!!!!! Yes!! Cant wait to have that next time we eat there! They also have sugar free lemonade! That's hard to find in most restaurants!
Dietary restrictions: They are happy to leave off or add items where they can. Parking in the area next to the restaurant is tight, but if you're willing to walk, there is an abundance of parking. I've noticed only 2 handicap spits serving 4 food places. That's sad.

I put no tomatoes ?, and what did they do put tomatoes! Wouldn't hurt to get some US English speakers in there or at least read what the are making, No is a universal word.
