Tristan's is Our go to ice cream spot in Gilroy!!! Service is Very Very Good and the choices of ice cream make it difficult to choose But not impossible and with 2 grandchildren all the choices are Perfecto!!!

I had an incredible experience at Tristan cookie. The cookies are absolutely divine—perfectly baked with a delightful balance of flavors. I tried the chocolate chip and the oatmeal walnut, and both were heavenly. The staff were super friendly. The shop itself is cozy and clean, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The prices are fair, and the cookies are worth every penny. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth. I’ll definitely be back for more !

This is my new go-to place for cookies and lemon bars! The Owner and his staff are wonderful! The cookies are incredible! The lemon bars are mouth-watering!! I drive over an hour to come here, and it is totally worth it!
