We ate at The Mill in 1994. It has changed a bit since then. Covid caused some changes. It is no longer a white tablecloth restaurant and has more of a pub ambiance. However, the food and service were excellent. We had no complaints. If the weather allows, sit on the patio and watch the hummingbirds.
We had a delicious and wonderful lunch with a good friend. The restaurant was delightful, the service was good, and the food was delicious. The portions were AMPLE, and our glasses were quickly refilled. I plan to return, and have recommended The Mill to locals who have not yet been to the restaurant. I loved that the restaurant was not PACKED for a Saturday lunch, and appreciated the atmosphere, the care and the delicious turkey wrap, 1/2 of which we took home to enjoy the next...
We drove out to the Mill from Santa Rosa, wanting to try a new restaurant and having read the menu on their website, it looked promising. What a treat we were in for! Absolutely gorgeous setting! Built many years ago as a working mill, they have retained much of the original architecture including a beautiful wood floor. The location is nestled in a verdant hilly landscape that includes a bubbling stream, dozens of beautiful trees and foliage and they have enhanced natures beauty...
