The one in Sugar Land is better. Not much flavoring in anything, pretty bland. Store was dirty and out of almost everything. This location is the worst

I absolutely love this place! All the cakes they offer are delicious, and I’m so glad they opened a location in Glendale. I used to drive all the way to Chandler just to enjoy their amazing pastries. Everything is fresh, delicious, and beautifully made—the best pastries around!

The coffee is great too, and the place is always clean. I genuinely feel happy every time I visit. They truly deserve all the 5-star reviews they get!

My favorite is the deluxe cake, but I noticed they recently changed the powder on top. It used to be just cocoa, but now it’s mixed with sugar. I’d love for them to change it back to the original!

P.S. I do gain a little weight every time I come here, but it’s totally worth it! 😂

the cashier working at 7pm on Saturday got a bad attitude and made our experience unwelcoming and made us feel like we were bothering her just from taking our order. why is she a cashier if she can’t even treat customers respectfully

Grade B- (79): It used to be good, they have empty shelves, a lot less people coming here, no wonder they're closing some locations. They dropped quality after the pandemic.
