I usually come here on weekdays because I work in the area. Recently, a Hispanic man with curly hair handed me the wrong drink, and there was no sticker label indicating the order or the drink type. I've also noticed that many of the employees appear either tired or uninterested in their work. I rarely see anyone welcoming the customers that come in. When there is a line, other workers do not take the initiative to assist the next guest; instead, they go to the back or restock...
No matter where you go, this asoan bakery is consistent with good service and good baked items. Download the apps for points and rewards. I love their brioche, portuguese egg tarts and cakes. Their coffee drinks are good especially the sea salt coffee series. Give it a try if you run into a nearby store.
