Great experience for and wonderful, friendly, and prompt service from my server Paco! Very tasty carne asada with cheese enchilada entrée along with unbeatable $3 Monday house margaritas and $6 large Modelo on tap. Thank you!

For a party of 12 we were seated in an eerily silent isolated room away from the rest of the restaurant where we were forgotten about. We waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order and when we said we were ready to order the waiter rudely said I'm just taking drinks right now. It's one thing to keep us waiting but then to shut us down from placing our order when we were already waiting so long felt like a slap in the face. Food was mediocre and cold. Definitely not worth the $233.83 bill meant to celebrate someone's college achievements.

The food was just as good as we remembered. The best part of the experience was our waiter, Paco. He's a gem. He's a character. He will make you laugh. He also makes a mean guacamole. Make sure to ask for him when you come here.

Our entrees had choices that our server did not ask about and just brought what he felt we wanted. My corn on the cob was slathered with cheese and spices, which was NOT on the menu/description. My carne asada was served without a steak knife and trying to track one down allowed it to get cold. Not the best experience for our first time back at Acapulco in many years. Most likely won't be back unless it s for the carnitas, which were the only that was good, even though they were served luke warm.

We came here because we're very familiar with the Mexican Food chain over in the East Coast and our experience has always been great. However this experience in Glendale was very different. Sadly enough it had rained all day thru the night. As we walked in to the Restaurant there were chairs and tables all over, it was very messy. Reason for the ambiance to look as messy was due to the rain that had filtered thru the roof and floor, it was super watery. The floor was very wet with about 2 inches of water, some spots that didn't have the puddle were extremely slippery making it hard to walk or stand without feeling scared to fall. Not to mention the bathroom smelled like backup sewer. The highlight was our waiter which was very fun and engaging. and he had no fault for the conditions of the restaurant, Happy hour came in clutch for this gross experience.

The Christmas brunch buffet was really good. The food was delicious. And they had a several options to choose from. The tri tip and ham were tasty and the taco station was great. The dessert station had so many choices it was difficult to decide. The employees were friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our visit.

We a party of 13 had a 6:15 reservation for the Thanksgiving Dinner buffet. The food selection was limited when we arrived. We asked if they will replenish Some items. at first they said yes, but never did. Expensive for what was offered.

Attended the Thanksgiving buffet. Many dish options available including ham and turkey and sides. Taco station is the best. They kept the serving trays/skillets full and hot. Servers for carving station and taco station were polite and friendly. Several dessert options. They even had a section for children/picky eaters which consisted of tater tots, chicken tenders, cereal, milk, & yogurt.

First of all, you had food tables next to the front door where people were standing waiting to be seated. Kids touching food and plate. The hostess we're seating walk-ins before people that had reservations. Ran out of food multiple times and never replaced them.

This is about Thanksgiving Buffet only. We go to their Sunday brunch semi regularly and this was not as good. They have some of the same items, but replaced the omelette bar and fajitas with turkey, ham and sides. The ham was very good but the sides were not at all. Further, the desserts were fewer than their standard brunch. Fewer fruit options, no ice cream or chocolate fountain, no jello for the kids, and a very bad pumpkin pie of some kind. The service also wasn't as good as normal. The only job they have is to clear away dirty plates and offer to top off the juice, water or mimosas. But all the dirty plates piled up and we had to go seek out staff for refills on drinks because nobody EVER came by our table. And they also blasted jazzy Christmas music for some reason, which made it very difficult to hear anyone not sitting within 2 feet, which isn't great for the occasion of a large family gathering for Thanksgiving.

Service was amazing and they're so friendly, they even gave us some delicious churro pancakes on the house😋
