AJ Noodles in Glendale is honestly one of my favorite pho spots. It’s a true mom-and-pop shop, and you can taste the care they put into everything. The broth is rich and full of flavor, the noodles are always cooked perfectly, and the portions are huge for how affordable everything is. You really feel like you’re getting a great deal every time.
The summer rolls are fresh, the iced Thai tea is incredibly delicious, and the staff is consistently friendly and fast. It’s a simple, reliable spot that never disappoints. If you love pho, you should definitely give it a try.

My favorite local noodle shop is closed Sundays, so I tried AJs. I somehow missed this gem despite living here a decade now. I'll absolutely be back. Its a wonderful small shop, attentive owners, and AMAZING food. The Pho was the best I've had since I left hawaii. If you want a non-chain, local noodle shop, with amazing food and good prices, cant be beat here. So many of the non 5 star reviews just don't know what atmosphere means. Big recommend.

I came in on a cold day when I was desperate to get some hot soup. The owners were extremely sweet and seated me right away. I ordered the rare steak pho and honestly the broth was so good it hit the spot perfectly.

Wow! We were just traveling through from Redding to Texas and I pulled off on Pennsylvania Ave to get gas and something to eat, and this was immediately off the highway! What a fantastic meal! I had #20, Cold spicy mixed noodles (Bibim-naengmyun) and my lovely bride had #19 Cold noodles in chilled broth (Mul-naengmun). On a hot day and long drive, these were superb and so delightfully refreshing! What a find!

This male owner is mentally sick and his behaviour was worst. After we got done with our lunch, he opened the door and yelled on us to get out. I was with my parents, husband and brother. He kept yelling at my husband and when my husband asked what is the problem, he started clicking pictures of us and our car. He also spit on us and told never come to Asian restaurant.
The lady owner kept on getting bills while we were eating and ordering desserts in the end. When I asked to order another ramen, she said that they are out of Vegetable broth and denied service. Very absurd couple. He yelled so much that a customer had to come out and stop him.
Thought of calling cops but didn't because of parents with us who were travelling to USA for the first time hence did not want to give them a hard time.
Worst experience. Do not recommend this food joint at all.
