Excellent service. Questions were answered clearly and completely. Time was given to make decisions and choices. The good arrived hot and the portions were satisfying. The dishes we ordered were outstanding: Tikka Masala Chicken, Masala Dosa and Idle and the green salad were very tasty, and not the usual Indian food served at too many places. The restaurant decor showed attention to detail and good taste. (Bathrooms were super clean!) I've Cream for dessert... divine! Looking forward to returning!
We were sat pretty promptly, the entire staff were very nice and helpful. Had some great recommendations for food and drinks and both were delicious! We will definitely be going back!
All vegetarian dishes taste sweet here. It's not worth a second visit.Naans and tandoori rotis were soft, uncooked, and almost gooey on the inside. The server/ owner was argumentative and unapologetic when we returned a particularly sweet, bland, and stale tasting baigan bharta with rotten capsicum peices in it.. We will not be visiting again.

Ordered Thali from here. Rice, dal and two curries. The shahi paneer and dal with tandoor roti were very good. The aaloo gobi curry was kinda bland and did not look appealing. Raita was a tad too sweet.

Wonderful, wonderful restaurant with some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. The food is always fresh and flavorful. I eat here often (even though I live in Highland Park) because it makes me so happy. The staff is very friendly and amenable to requests (gluten-free papadam instead of naan, for example). A friend of mine and I eat here every time she visits because it’s a favorite of hers, as well. Highly recommend!

Well this a pretty nice little spot nestled at the heart of Glendale. Just walking in, it's easy to be enamored by the lovely decor and intimate lighting. .
Now, when it comes to the Punjabi cuisine, they stuck with your traditional dishes, and added an interesting Gulabi Farfalle Pasta dish that saffron curry base with bell pepper, coriander, turmeric, and cumin.
To start with, the Pani puri shots made from tamarind and mint spices was a refreshing amuse bouche that helps cleanse and prepare your palate for the delicious food to come.
The potato samosa was dense, but in a good way, with more potato than breading, which you can get from some other places. The mint and tamarind chutney paired well with the samosa.
The onion pakora similarly struck a nice balance of crispness and savoriness without being too oily. Simple, but delicious!
On the drink side, the mango laasi was one of the thickest I've had and yet it wasn't too sweet, either. It was refreshing. The same can be said with the Chai which was spiced well, but not sweetened at all. It tasted like actual Chai.
As for the entree, the two best were the butter chicken and the Gulabi Farfalle Pasta, while the Saag Paneer and Tandoori were a bit underseasoned and less memorable. But the tandoori, which was not red because they don't use red food coloring, struck a nice level of tenderness and was not too dry, which I have found with some tandoori chicken.
The garlic Naan had a very nice crispy texture to it, but I would love a bit more kick with the garlic.
So the best two are the butter chicken, which you can never go wrong at any Indian restaurant, and particularly here. It was savory, filling, but not too heavy. It can be too salty if not balanced with some basmati rice, but it's not too rich, either.
The Gulabi Farfalle was the most surprising and adventurous of the dishes tonight, combining two different worlds in one dish with bow tie pasta and the saffron curry base with bell pepper, coriander, turmeric, and cumin.

The food here is amazing and delicious with its delicate balances of spices creating delicious dishes. We are vegan and the vegan offerings are some of the best we have ever had. The staff are attentive and kind and are willing to help make decisions. This place is a 10 +++!!!.
Vegetarian options: We had the Nirvana tofu which was out of this world! We also enjoyed the coco da pasta which was vegan and delicious! We had the Pani Puri shots which are vegan crispy puffs filled with potatoes, chickpeas, onions, spiced mint and tamarind. They bring you a glass of chilled sauce to poor in each cup! Amazing and delicious!

Had a wonderful experience here, and introduced my Audiology doctoral extern + her husband to Indian food!
Maddy was our waitress, and was attentive with great suggestions. We went with the veggie special (muttar paneer), saag tofu, and chicken tikka masala with rice and garlic naan. We also enjoyed our mango lassis as a perfect dessert.
Would definitely recommend this place and will be back!
