I booked this venue for my daughter's quinceañera when you go there they are so polite and sale this wonderful experience that they can't managed to accomplish the day of my daughter party there was a fired at the restaurant below they failed to call us to let us know that they had evacuated everyone including our vendors that we hired candy table people mariachi and Dj I had to beg my vendors to come back I had to pay extra for them to return. the mariachi didn't return lost my money there was no grand entrance with mariachi my daughter party was ruined there actions caused my daughter emotional stress the food was thrown away while my guest were still eating they gave them tap water in a glass pitcher when they did the food tasting /presentation they had bootle water!they had no ice flat soda The waiter were lazy standing around they don't speak English they stand around laughing at my guest while they danced they were cleaning the venue before guest left emptied the tables the dance floor was slippery they didn't know how to use the fog machine they charged me for there was water all over the floor a couple of my guest fell and hurt them self while dancing also the bathroom are old broken no toilet paper I called to complained but no one is willing to talk to me. this place is over price and they are rude ! They don't care since they been paid thousands of dollars !!! I can't give them no stars because it won't allow it Font book this place it awful!!! You will be disappointed !

We celebrated Sweet 16th Birthday at Brandview Ballroom. We chose this venue because of it's unique history, elegant charm and great food and service. We worked with Stefany to coordinate the event and it was an absolute delight to work with her. She accommodated all of our requests and it was a stress free event for us. We had a wedding planned here and it turned out to be such a beautiful wedding. Try to work with Hovik he has great management skills, and he always goes beyond what you ask. He turned a baby shower set up to a wedding set in half an hour. Thank you Hovik the venue is beautiful, but without your hard work, it wouldn't be as smooth as this.

Last year our company booked our Christmas party event with Julie Potipan at the Brandview ballroom in Glendale. I must say it was an absolute delight from start to finish. I was captivated by its timeless elegance and opulent atmosphere. from the stunning chandeliers to the overall sense of grandeur.Its' spacious layout, high ceilings was perfect for the occasion. The staff especially Julie were truly exceptional. Very professional, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the evening ran smoothly. The waitstaff were courteous and efficient. The food was great from the appetizers to the main course and the desserts. While parking may pose a slight challenge , my experience at Brandview ballroom with Julie was nothing short of exceptional with a delightlful cuisine. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to host a memorable event.

Our wedding had so many different fun shows, entertainment, food, carved ice and surprises - our guests never sat down! Their management team was easy, fun , and intuitive. They took our image and made it reality. The background view of Brand and the Americana transitioning from sunset to night was magical.

My husband & I recently had our wedding at la Brandview ballroom. The venue itself was the exact vision we had of what we wanted our wedding to look like. The ballroom vibes...the outdoor patio space for our ceremony, the bar area...it was just amazing! The food was delicious & was abundant. The staff were great & we had an absolutely amazing time! Big shoutout to Hovik...we just wanted to say he was an absolute help throughout the night. He greeted us from the beginning of our event & kept checking in on us. He made sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed & more than we could've ever asked for. He came through for us that night and showed he cares for his guests. We had our holiday party at this place and it was a lot of fun. I was one of the organizers for the event. Stefany who was our event coordinator was accommodating, kind, and answered all our questions promptly. Service was good and the food was delicious. There were a lot of leftovers which we were able to take home. The ballroom and banquet facilities were stunning. Will definitely consider this venue again in the future!

My original wedding venue essentially canceled a month before my wedding. We got extremely lucky brandview had an opening the same weekend and were so responsive and accommodating. Yervand was super helpful throughout the process, and had good recommendations for us. Many of our guests complimented the food and atmosphere. It is very grand looking with a beautiful chandelier and long staircase. In addition the the ballroom, there is access to a patio and a suite for the bridal party. When we arrived, there was food waiting for us in the bridal suite before we made a grand entrance, which was a lifesaver after taking photos for hours at our ceremony venue without a break. My only criticisms would be the bathrooms are outdated and the bridal suite bathroom had a weird smell. Overall a great experience though, all our guests had positive things to say!

We attended my friend wedding here. The food was very fresh and tasty. The hall overall was very welcoming and had cool design. The waiters were professional and quick. Be aware the parking is kind of tricky if you try parking on the street. They offer a valet service as well. Affordable and quick. I would definitely recommend this place.

When we bought it up at end of night the workers tried to blame is, saying " you guys are the only ones who had access to it" Needlessly to say i was beyond pissed off. Food was great. Bartenders was rude to groom. The valet guys are not very nice, i witness one of them tell brides driver "listen when in f****** talking to you" with the entire bridal party in car. Brides mom

Attended a wedding here on 11/19/22 and was extremely impressed! The venue is where the wedding took place followed by the reception all in one place as it was very roomy. There is an outdoor space and an inside full bar where the view was beautiful. The food was absolutely hands down the best Mediterranean food and it never seem to stop coming. It was continually served hot by their amazing staff who were friendly and accommodating. The staff was awesome! Parking was also a breeze as it is located right at the venue. It was cold when leaving but our car was immediately brought to us so no long wait as they had plenty of attendants available. I would highly recommend this venue for your next event!! Great job L.A. There is not enough I can say about the Brandview ballroom and their team. From our first tour and consultation we met with our amazing event manager Julie. She gave us a tour and explain a little bit of history about the company and provided everything I needed including all the information that I needed as well. We were lurking all throughout Glendale in order to find a place for me to do my birthday and right when we stopped at Brandview, Julie instantly made me want to book there. I cannot thank Julie and the team at LA Banquets enough for making my sweet sixteen birthday one to remember.

We looked at several venues for our wedding and ending up choosing Brandview Ballroom for a multitude of different reasons off the bat - 1) It was the largest of the ballrooms we looked at to comfortably accommodate our guests 2) was in a great location near several hotels for guests flying in out of town 3) it was one of the more favorably priced options and 4) we'd heard amazing things from other friends and family who had previously held events with LA Banquets & Anoush Catering. After working with Aren, Hovik and the team over the next several months as we planned our wedding - we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had an amazing wedding made even more special by the entire staff who went the extra mile to make all our guests feel welcome. Several of our guests told us it was one of the best meals they've ever eaten at a wedding, and as a vegetarian, I'm always appreciative of the sheer amount of veggie and vegan friendly options Anoush Catering has to offer. Behind the scenes, the entire team was diligent and on top of all communications, extremely accommodating to our needs and just an overall joy to work with, always making us feel special and welcomed. It's easy to tell how much they care about what they do and the pride they take not only in the ballroom itself and the food, but providing a seamless experience from start to finish.
