1st time dining here and I really loved it. Shout out to Anahit for giving me some pastries I really love exploring food cultures. 1st time trying khinkali big beef soup dumplings really good. the atmosphere of the place was really nice. i went on a sunday late lunch not too crowded. i will surely comback and try the other pastries, i dont have space in my stomach bec im so full. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I've been going to this bakery for 20 yrs on and off. My first review was not positive. I went this Sat and I was so surprised at the service I received. It was excellent and amazing. I told the staff Amalia that I've never had such good service. I'm very pleased to say I will be a regular customer now.

Have been to Art’s several times and the food is always amazing. That is the only reason it got 2 stars instead of one. The service on the other hand… the cashier that took our order, Syuzi, was fine until it came time to tip. We tipped 15%, which I feel is pretty standard for takeout, but she seemed upset by that and became short. Then we were told 15 mins for food, but it took 30, which is also understandable and not her fault. However, while waiting for our food, she kept giving us dirty looks while on the phone with other customers and when our food was ready she just let it sit there and didn’t give it to us. She knew it was ready cause the person that made our pizzas told her it was for us and she just waved him off and stood at the register looking around and then took another call while looking at us with a smirk. Eventually we went up to get it and she turned away and someone else finally gave us our food. Super upset by this experience and makes me rethink going back to spending $100 (not including the coffees we got) on 4 items.

The owners of this establishment — two greedy brothers — have absolutely no morals, no respect, and no sense of responsibility. The only thing they care about is squeezing as much money as possible out of people, no matter the consequences. On Christmas Day, a day that is supposed to be about family and basic human decency, my family and I were forced to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for a simple takeout order. This happened because these shameless people kept accepting endless orders, fully aware they could not handle them, simply to make more money. They knowingly ruined Christmas dinner not only for my family, but for many other customers who were left waiting over an hour and a half. This is not a mistake — this is pure greed and total disregard for people’s time, plans, and families. I sincerely hope that every Christmas these owners experience the same frustration, disappointment, and ruined evening that they caused for others. This place represents everything that is wrong with businesses driven solely by greed. Avoid this place if you value your time, your money, and your holidays.
