Art’s Bakery in Glendale is a fantastic place to order cakes, whether you choose from their pre-made options displayed on their website or opt for a custom creation by filling out an online form also found on their website (A sales associate will then contact you via email or phone depending on your preference to discuss the details you would like on your cake). I discovered this bakery in 2022 while searching for cakes online, and they have consistently impressed me; I've been ordering their cakes for several occasions since then. Moreover, they also offer a food and drink menu for those who wish to enjoy a meal in the restaurant. I rate this establishment a perfect 10/10 for their pastries, food, and service.

If you want to save money, instead of going to the circus, just go to Art’s bakery, and watch the staff scramble… nobody knows what the hell they’re doing! I believe the management consumes lead paint for breakfast, lunch, and dinner 😅 This place is ran like a joke, nobody speaks any language… and I speak Armenian, Russian, and English… they can’t take a credit card number down to save their lives. They say one price, charge you another… order is not ready when you arrive (even if you ordered hours ahead). And when it is ready, they give your order to somebody else (even after I asked, “are you sure that’s not my order?”). Did I mention the undercooked pork? And no, that’s not the cuisine, that’s what you get when you have a circus for a joint! If you placed an order here, make sure you have a backup order somewhere else, so your guests don’t go hungry. Or, be ready for food poisoning, because of raw pork.

I bought a cake from this store and it was ruined. They didn't take it back or replace it. The manager, Katarina, doesn't communicate like a human being at all. She's rude and I don't recommend her. Don't buy anything there. Everything is expired.

First time here. I heard about this place from a friend and so this was my destination. Parking is a challenge. Call on your Kar karma to land a space on Chevy Chase...the dedicated parking lot belongs to a next door office. So it's all street parking. But this is a large neighborhood bakery coffee Mediterranean and pizza place....with lovely seating al fresco....great place for moms wirh strollers (3 sets when i was there on a Friday adternoon) and girlriends for coffee/dessert. Lots of driveup pikups for phone orders. chicken gyro, with fries on the inside. You get a choice...outside or inside. Since I never had the inside, I had concerns it would be too unwieldy to hold or eat...it wasn't. The Mediterranean flavors were there and it would be a 5/5 but I had several pieces of cubed chicken with gristle or bone...choking hazard...though ironically the protein was cut into small cubes. Hence minus one star. Everything behind the pastry counter looked inciting abd so tempting, next time if I'm in the area. SERVICE: 10/5. Top notch. Friendly helpful staff. They go out of there way to bring extra napkins, iced water, show you the bathroom....great people work here.
