Backbone delivered an outstanding dining experience. Loved the soju cocktail and Barbajuan appetizer to start, the perfectly roasted duck breast as the main, and the brown butter cake topped with passion fruit gel for dessert. Top notch service all around, capped off by a warm conversation with one of the owners / chef. Highly recommend!
