I love eating here there food is delicious but there cashiers need to change there attitude towards there customers if you don't feel like being at work then don't come but don't take it out on you customers be kind

Owner has to do something about the staff. The cooks obviously don’t care very much. Food looks bland and doesn’t taste like anything great. Quality looks poor compared to Kura Revolving sushi which is in the same Mall. The portions at Bento are insanely small. The sushi combo I ordered was so disappointing. Each piece of fish looked as thin as paper and big rice portions underneath. The hadrolls are disappointing as well. The avocado was hard and the little pieces of fish didn’t taste fresh.

The $12.99 8-piece salmon/avocado roll was served on the pickup tray at room temperature, suggesting it had been prepared much earlier and was just sitting out until a customer ordered this item. There was no care or consideration in the customer service at all. Neither soy sauce nor wasabi were provided or offered, but when I asked I was pointed to a soy sauce dispenser with tiny plastic cups and given a minuscule smear of wasabi. When I asked for a cup of water I was told — essentially — no can do. The human warmth here would freeze a medium-sized pond in 15 minutes. I can’t imagine that with such mediocre food and all-but-hostile service this sad excuse for a sushi joint will be open long enough for that pond to freeze. I certainly will never be back. ICE officers have been more gracious than the service here and may serve better meals.

Very disappointing. I ordered sushi, hand rolls and sashimi salad. Fish does not taste fresh (specially salmon) and the flavors are very bland.
It was fine overall, but it took so long for our order to even start being prepared. There were only 2 people working in the kitchen, which made it slow. But when a third person joined them, NOTHING changed. The lady working at the front didn’t bother finishing the orders faster even when there were several customers standing there. Also, the “soy sauce” they gave was ridiculous. I may be new to sushi restaurants here but I know for a fact that soy sauce is NOT sweet or creamy. It was probably another sauce, but what kind of sushi place doesn’t have soy sauce?

The worst chicken teriyaki bowl I have ever had in my life the chicken was in big pieces and tasted horrible. I was treated to this meal I felt so bad for the person that paid. The tempura batter is strange and was really thick. My family and I will not ever be trying this dish there again. Save your money and grab a slice of pizza or even panda is a million times better.
