1st time here! I've walked by it many times on the way to Shake Shack but decided today is the day! (Of course, the recent Shaq commercials pushed as well). I ordered The Ultimate with a side of fries and a drink.The fries are crispy. There are different styles of fries, but I went with the regular. They're long flat style fries, and they don't retain heat that long, so eat them quickly.The Ultimate - this sandwich was really good. In fact, I've been building this exact sandwich at chick-fil-a for years, minus the crispy onions. Its The mac and cheese is so so so delicious.Drink options are pepsi products or the sourced in brand "Stubborn" that a lot of burger franchises have adopted (and Blaze pizza iirc). They also have sweet tea andThe combo I got with was $14.08 (with tax $15.53). I think this is pretty fair for 1) glendale and 2) the mac and cheese as a stand alone side is $4.49.There are 2 single use restrooms. 1 male and 1 female. Typlically in LA single use restrooms are genderless so you don't have to wait as long but it is what it is (I don't think anyone will actually care if you use either one).They also have wifi: 25mb up/10mb down. "yummyyummy"All in all...I have no reason to go the shake shack anymore. Instead I'm getting Shaq's sandwiches at Big Chicken
Vegetarian options: Fries, shakes, and mac n cheese. There are also salads but they come with grilled or crispy checken. (I think you can ask for them on the side).Not vegan. They use real milk
Kid-friendliness: They serve alcohol here but there are kid meals each for 6.99
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out access from the sidewalk

The chicken is great, but their hours say they are open until 10pm on Friday and Saturday, but the doors are currently locked and the girl at the front is counting the register down since 9:28 pm. There is no sign explaining why the hours are suddenly reduced.

Second time trying this place out and the food is amazing!!! The chicken is crispy and juicy, buns are nice and soft with the perfect amount of texture as well as spice chrispyness and smokiness all at the same time! Definitely the perfect spot to splurge on your cheat day absolutely super worth it!!!
Excellent chicken sandwiches and fries. Sauces are serve-yourself, as are fountain drinks, and there are plenty to choose from, including craft sodas on tap.
Service was very good, they had flash card type menu with pictures of every sandwich. Which is great for me because I’m a picture person lol. Food was amazing. I wish we had one of these in San Diego!
Had high expectations for something with Shaq's name on it. He is basically the branding on here, and it says "with flavor as big as Shaq) and both me and my partner thought it was just mediocre at best. The fries were these super thin, almost potato chip-like, steak fries that had no substance to them, and the chicken was super bland. The breading was really thin and barely there, and on the way home both of our stomachs were having a hard time.I expect this level of meal from stuff I bought in the freezer section of the grocery store, not from a franchise started by Shaq. He's rich, if he wanted a chicken franchise I would think he would want the food to be good, maybe he likes it, but I'd rather go to Chik Fil A or Popeyes or even McDonald's.
