Love it here. I go here often… Food is great. And stuff is amazing!!

Service horrible. Used to come here alot but went down hill. Resting on its reputation. C'mon Michael, do better. Horrible hostess. Rude and trashy.

Last weekend I went to Bourbon Steak to celebrate my sister’s business accomplishment while visiting California. The restaurant was located in the Americana at Brand in Glendale. There is a large parking deck and the restaurant validates parking for some amount of time. We still paid $15 when we left so I’m not sure for what period of time they validate.

There were four people in my party. We were greeted by two friendly hostesses and immediately sat in the lux dining room. Our server was also very pleasant. We decided to eat family style. We ordered 2 Delmonico Ribeyes (one with smoked blue cheese), caesar salad, the sauce trio, potato puree, truffle mac and cheese, and the broccoli.

Wins:
- The meal started with the complimentary fries. I personally did not like them because they are not served hot, but the rest of the party enjoyed them and the three dipping sauces.
- The salad was well dressed and was enough for three of us to share.
- We also enjoyed the wine, coffee, and dessert. They had a nice variety of after dinner drinks.
- Overall, the wait staff was attentive and friendly.
- The ambiance is beautiful with soft lighting and comfortable seating.

Cons:
- It took our entrees and sides forever to come out. We ordered at 7:35 and it was at least an hour before our entrees were served.
- When we ordered they asked if we wanted our steaks sliced, we said no… both came sliced anyway.
- The steaks were not cooked to the requested temperatures and were warm, not hot.
- All of our sides were cold. Not warm, COLD!
- The manager was rude and condescending. When she came to our table she stated, “I’m sorry your food was not as hot as you would like it.” No, they were cold and definitely should have never been brought out of the kitchen. The serving dishes were not even warm. This was unacceptable especially for the level of service and quality you expect when dining here. Additionally, she never came back out to ask how we liked everything that was re-prepared.

Our steaks were warmed and new sides were brought out, but the food issues completely ruined what should have been a celebration. By the time everything came back out we were tired and ready to go. I would not recommend this steakhouse. Considering our check was over $400, the food quality should have been superior, but missed the mark. Additionally, we did not receive the level of service expected from management. Save your money and try another steakhouse. This is not a steakhouse I would go to again or recommend.

I just want to take this moment to thank Mr.Ethan, Mrs.Angela, Mr.Finn, and Mr.Blake, and also Mr.Ross for your wonderful, amazing, kind and genuine service every-time. Especially Mr.Ross, made our dinner experience so wonderful. You guys are all amazing. Ethan is always so welcoming, Ethan’s year of the dragon cocktails are the bomb. Also, the host her name is Kristen she is amazing, she always acknowledges the guests, welcomes you , remembers the guest by name, looks very nice and sharp every time, she always makes me feel so special, thank you Kristen ??.

PJ and his team were the icing on the cake .  This was our fourth time dining here and it is always delicious! The steak is some of the best I have ever had and the sides are second to none. Highly recommend. .

Took my wife for our anniversary never been there before. Food was amazing atmosphere was not stuffy wait staff was topnotch. Thank you to our waitress she was all class. Make sure to have the espresso martini to finish off your meal. We will be back again

From the moment we walked in, the staff made sure we had a top-notch and pleasurable experience. The hostess observed I walked in before my friend and asked his name so she could later guide him to the right table. The servers offered great suggestions and adapted to our changes with grace. It was a treat to have the sommelier's assistance in selecting a great bottle of French wine, which was also half-price on Monday! Of course, all of the food was delicious but I really enjoyed the mushroom side dish. In the future, when we have a special birthday for a larger group, the private room would be an option for an elegant evening of celebration.

A classic steakhouse feel that is warm, friendly, welcoming, and classy all at the same time. Everyone one of the wait staff and managers made sure to wish us a happy anniversary, which was beyond expected, but so greatly appreciated. Beyond the incredible customer experience was the amazing steaks that my wife and I enjoyed so very much. Honestly, every bite, perfection. Thank you for a great experience for our 38th wedding anniversary. We will certainly be back for another great dining experience.

Our waiter was so nice, Nick I believe his name was. The food was good. I have visited the Dana Point location, it was my first time at this location. The staff was very warm and accommodating. They were able to present vegan options to a few in my party. My go to is always the Ribeye Cap. Will definitely visit again.

We had another fantastic family evening at Bourbon Steakhouse. I'm so glad this restaurant is right here in Glendale—no need to fight through traffic to enjoy delicious food in a great setting. Always a wonderful experience.

We successfully wrapped a particularly difficult project and I decided to treat our small and starving crew. I ordered the petit filet. Simply WOW! I cannot describe how good it tasted. No need for a knife hardly. Worth every dollar.

Monday night wasn't busy but service was very slow, not attentive. Steak was overcooked twice. Very disappointing given there are so many options. I wouldnt recommend.
