Bourbon Steak Los Angeles

Wonderful service and a very delicious meal. Timing is perfect to have a wonderful meal. 

I've been to the one in Dana Point and the one in Glendale does not come close to it. Bourbon Steak at Dana Point is so much better. I was not impressed with the one at the Americana whatsoever. From service, to location to cleanliness to food etc. there is just something special about the location in Dana Point. If you want to try Bourbon Steak, don't waste your time going to the Americana. Dana Point is the one with the overall Wow factor.

I had a wonderful experience the service and food was excellent. PJ was our waiter and he was amazing. I'm going to make sure when I go next time to ask for him. He gave amazing service, and whatever he recommended was great. I will definetley go back very soon... :)

We went there for a birthday, and it was great... The weight staff was attentive. The food was excellent and overall, it was a great place to celebrate a birthday.

Service was great and we liked the ambiance but the food was mediocre. We liked the complementary french fries but the Steak temperature was not proper and it wasn't tasty at all. Not even with the trio sauce. Definitely not worth the price.

The steaks are top level as one would expect, but the bone marrow add-on was best I ever had and will keep me going back. Great experience overall.

Matt & Pj are the most professional managers/ Server's- we celebrated my wife's bday and they always go above and beyond to make it more special. Thank you!

Amazing food and service always a great time and we enjoy the food whatever we end up getting.

My $109 filet was cold, they took it away and reheated it!! I don't think that's acceptable.

Dinner for 2 where both of us got the same steak, we ordered one medium rare and one medium. I got my medium rare but the medium steak came rare to almost blue. We let our server know and she took the steak to the back and turned it from almost blue to rare when we ordered medium. This was a major interruption in our date night as one had to wait for the other to receive their food and even when they did it was inedible to them since they almost gag when they taste rare steaks. We made the server aware of this again and she responded ‘you know, medium is different everywhere,' whereas just saying sorry or that they were busy would have been a better response but throughout the whole experience our server made us feel like we were in the wrong. Not a single apology or reassurance that our experience next time would be any better. Don't think I can ever force myself to go back there.

Great place for family and friends. We have been here multiple times and the service is second to none!

Last time we were in was a few years ago, and we weren't impressed with the food. Service had always been good. We thought we'd give it another try since it had been some time... once again, we left disappointed. The service was great. Our server was very friendly, knowledgable and attentive. But the food was not good. Appetizers, steaks and sides were all mediocre. The only item our table agreed was really good was the Ube dessert. We love the service and ambiance of this location- but the food keeps us away.

I'm sorry, but I thought the food was pretty lousy. Stale French fries, overly salty French onion soup and a sole that was “crusted” but looked and tasted like a fish stick. The service was subpar. Waited quite a bit of time before even being presented with a menu and water. Furthermore, yes the menu was prefixed, but I had to ask for a description of the menu items as is customary even at Denny's. Will not return to this restaurant.
