“We went to M Grill on Saturday, August 23rd, and the entire experience was pretty great from start to finish. The restaurant really stands out in Los Angeles if you are looking for a Brazilian steakhouse experience that feels authentic, inviting, and full of flavor.
The salad bar is on the smaller side compared to some other churrascarias, but honestly that does not matter when the main attraction is the nonstop stream of meats. If you come here, you are coming for the meat, and it is worth every bite.
Before the meats even arrive, the little details set the tone. The cheese bread is warm, chewy, and absolutely addictive. It is one of those items that you cannot stop eating even though you know you should save room for the meat. The spicy red sauce on the table deserves its own shoutout because it is packed with flavor and heat without being overwhelming. A good tip is to ask for their chimichurri as well. They do not automatically place it on the table, but if you request it, they will gladly bring it, and it goes well with almost every cut of meat.
As for the meats themselves, I enjoyed everything that came by, but two items stood out above the rest. The bacon-wrapped chicken was juicy, smoky, and seasoned to perfection. It was easily one of my favorites of the night. Right alongside it were the pork ribs, which were tender, flavorful, and cooked with just the right amount of char. Although, the meat can get repetitive as we found ourselves getting the same thing too quickly in a span of 20 minutes.
The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice for the area. It feels upscale without being overly formal, which makes it perfect for a night out with friends, family, or even a date. Parking in the area can be tricky, but there is a valet service if you prefer to leave your car with them for convenience.
Service was a bit uneven at first. Our initial waiter disappeared for long stretches, which left us waiting and unsure about the flow of the evening. Fortunately, another older server stepped in and completely turned the night around. He was attentive, kind, and very professional. He checked on us regularly, offered great recommendations, and really made us feel like valued guests. The level of care he showed was well worth leaving him a generous tip, and I credit him with making our night so much better. I only wish that I asked for his named so I can be on the lookout for him next time. That's on me.
Overall, M Grill impressed more than the first time I was there. From the food to the service to the ambiance, it felt like a complete dining experience. I have been to Fogo de Chão before, and while it is a well-known name, I honestly prefer M Grill. The atmosphere is more relaxed, the flavors feel more genuine, and the service we received here left a lasting impression. This is a place I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a memorable Brazilian steakhouse in Los Angeles.“

“The steak sandwich was absolutely delicious! I went at lunchtime so the place was dead. I'm sure it's livelier at a different time of the day. Food took 40 minutes to get to my party, the place was empty and they took 40 minutes to deliver my food.
It was delicious, no doubt. I just wish I didn't have to down my food in 16 minutes during my lunch hour.“

“This experience at H&H has been one of our favorite times at the restaurant. We’ve been to other locations but the service and people here at the Beverly Hills location really takes the cake. From our server, Lo, to the bartenders, and the manager, Ellen, we were completely taken care of from start to finish. Definitely recommend coming to this location!“

“We love Fogo de Chão! Our nonprofit highly recommends you going to this location for your event needs. We've held two very successful fundraising events at this location. The entire staff is very welcoming, friendly, knowledge, and ready to help however they can. We will continue to host events here. There is a small space and that can be opened up to make into an even bigger space. Great food and amazing drinks!“

“Delicious Açai probably the best in LA.
I've been ordering from them for the past 3 days in a row.
The guy serving us was incredible, offered a replacement if the Açai was too frozen. Also let us try the coconut flavor.
Great place overall“

“Make no mistake: this place is priced far beyond average, but the quality is unparalleled. My friend and I always go here for hand spun açaí smoothies with added peanut butter. I would go here every day if I could afford it. Not giving this place 5/5, it’s a 7/5. Truly top notch. Best in the industry.“

“I cannot believe I have never written about this Ubatuba! I have been coming here for YEARS and I absolutely love it. This location is hands down one of my favorite places in LA. The staff here over the past few years have always been amazing. They always remember who you are and you really feel like family. The sizes of the bowls are great! And you get to choose your own toppings. I come here so often and I just want to say how much I love it here!“

“Açaí - fantastic. Service - great, the employees are so sweet and helpful! Atmosphere - INCREDIBLE. You’re surrounded by rainforest plants and these plants have clearly been here forever because they’re huge. You can buy Brazilian goods here too. Love this place and they have WiFi so you could work remotely from here! Lots of tables and a great atmosphere!“

“I love this place! The açaí bowls were delicious. They let you choose multiple bases so if you’re indecisive like me, this is perfect. I loved the açaí and coconut base. The granola and coconut flakes were a must! They even gave samples of their cheese bread and it was good too.“

“I'm so happy I had the opportunity to checkout Ubatuba Açaí in the Beverly Grove area, it reminded me of being in Brazil my favorite country to Visit. The staff Gilbert and Elany (not sure if I spelled her name right) were very helpful. And Elany the manager and most of the staff is from Brazil making it feel more authentic when you eat the food. They both helped me decide which empanada and açaí bowl to order as well as the toppings. I ordered the Beyond Philly Empanada and added the chimichurri and hot sauce which made it even more delicious. I also had an açaí bowl with granola, almonds, chia seeds, strawberries, bananas, and almond butter. It was absolutely amazing and made me feel like I was on Ipanema Beach watching the waves. Both items were very filling too, and I can't wait to come back again with my friends. There's metered parking and also seating outside perfect for a sunny day in LA.
Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options fruit, grain, nuts etc
Parking: 2 hour metered Parking up and down the street“

“This place seems to have attracted unfavorable reviews but I stopped in after having biked by and seen the sign many times mostly on weekends when closed. The owner was actually super friendly, Melissa. I thought the feng shui looked really pretty good, and the access to the shady lanai outside with furniture seemed good (actually “great.”)Given the location tucked into the backside of a production building, there’s not a whole lot of foot traffic so I was happy it was open at all during the pandemic currently.“

“I love the yogurt, sandwiches, and salads here. I am rarely a coffee person, but I make an exception to their coffee because it is very good and does not have a lot of sugar. I order the latino latte a lot. The staff and owner are super nice and add to the relaxing vibe of this spot. One of the rare DTLA gems that I enjoy during my work week.“
