We stopped by Brick and Flour for an early Sunday dinner and got an order of the carne asada fries, an al pastor torta, and 3 tacos; crispy chicken, house special, and carnitas. The carne asada fries were so good and so BIG! They totally fed 4 people. When eaten fresh, the beer battered fries were crispy and yummy. I really enjoyed the "super" crispy chicken taco and my partner liked the carnitas and house tacos. The torta was just ok but not bad. Overall we were satisfied and fed and the staff was super friendly. We would gladly come back (I wonder if they would ever do carne asada fries with all the toppings on the side so the fries would stay crispy longer). The shop itself has a small parking lot in the back and some outdoor seating. The outdoor seating could be hit or miss though as there were multiple swarming hoards of gnats. Be sure to park in the right lot (there will be signs that say it's brick and flour parking). We will definitely back again to try more menu items.

I don't usually leave negative reviews but a few things to consider here at least from my experience . 25 plus minutes for 2 bowls and a burrito , that is way way too long . Watching people who ordered after you get there order first , not good. No communication or acknowledgment that things are behind also not good. So how was the food you ask ? Not as good as it used to be I'll tell you that .

AMAZING! 3rd time here and have tried a different burrito each time and have yet to be disappointed! Plus the service is always top notch, today Camille helped me so much. Environment is always efficient and clean. I recommend coming here for a quick pick up or an express eat in. Delicious!

Picked up dinner for the family and have to say the food was overly salty and quality definitely has gone down. Meat was not the same either. We couldn't eat the food honestly because of how salty it was.

Friendly customer service. Place is clean and carne asada is flavorful. Would give it a 5, but we waited a little bit.

Wowsers! The food portions are huge!!! Well worth the price. Not only is the quantity good, the food taste great. The carne asada is tender and full of flavor. I barely put a dent in my carne fries. Would definitely come back.

Food is great. BIG portions. Easy to place oreders. Food comes out fresh. Keep in mind its just a little tight and limited space to dine-in but "a must try". Cravings satisfied... we'll be back agaian soon.

My dad and I ordered two house special burritos. The cashier was fine, no issues with the service. The restaurant itself is really new looking yet unwelcoming. Little to no seating. One large family occupied every chair. After we ordered I had a sip of the overly sweetened pink lemonade and immediately regretted my purchase. The burrito looked promising upon unwrapping, but upon the first bite I was met with the most offensive meat I've had in all of LA. It was bland, I don't even think there was any salt. The cut itself was "top sirloin" but for all I tasted it was steakums... but worse. It was inedible, every bite was gristle and cartilage. The one clean bite of meat I had tasted the way beef does after sitting in the fridge for a week. Like the essence of a wet dog mixed with raw mushroom. The beans, dry... horrid to the touch of tongue. The rice, could've been uncle bens for a all I tasted. They mixed some foul tex mex spicy Mayo into the pico de gallo. The tortilla was promising, but what was inside cannot be forgiven...

Ugh, found hair in my food. When I showed the cashier, she laughed. It seems the owner likes to hire high-schoolers who take no responsible. They just go and chat in the back.

I don't recommend it! The food was extremely cold, and we waited 20 minutes, thinking it would come out hot and fresh. I was so disappointed because nothing looked like the photos posted. And to make matters worse, we saw the cooks eating and making food! That's a huge food hazard, not to mention the risk of cross-contamination. It was such a waste of money!

"Brick & Flour offers the best steak fries in town at a great price. This hidden gem is a hole in the wall that has won over the hearts of many, including my mother, who absolutely loves their steak fries. If you're looking for a delicious and affordable treat, Brick & Flour is the place to go!"

Pretty good. Ordered a house special taco and a small carne asada fries. The taco didn't look particularly good, but it tasted great. Next time would order carne asada nachos instead. The fried all ended up being a bit too soggy.
