The worst super bowl experience I've ever had the t.v. cut off at the 2 minute warning in the first half and at the beginning of the 4th quarter.
They also charged $10.00 a seat so for two people I had to pay $40.00 so we could have a table to watch the game.

Not one single staff was out when I walked in. Has to go to the bar to get someone for help. Order 10 wings and a potato wedges to go. Waited 30 minutes and they missed the potato wedges. Had to walk all the way back. No apologies from the staff. I expressed my frustration and the staff responded saying the kitchen was busy with the in house customers. There were only TWO tables and one of them was about to leave. Never coming back

I dined alone at Buffalo Wild Wings (Store #3662 on Brand Blvd), and Caitlin was my server. She truly made the experience outstanding. Eating alone can sometimes feel a little awkward, but Caitlin went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and welcome.

She was attentive without hovering, checked in at the perfect times, and had such a warm, genuine attitude. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she carried everything with such professionalism and kindness that it honestly made my visit so much more enjoyable.

Even though the restaurant was busy, I never felt overlooked for a second. It’s rare to get service that feels both efficient and personal, but Caitlin delivered exactly that. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have someone like her on the team.

If you’re dining here, especially if you’re solo, ask for Caitlin
— she’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.

I will never give Buffalo Wild Wings in Glendale my business ever again, horrible customer service from management. Placed an order for delivery directly from the restaurant but what I ordered wasn't delivered. Called the moment I realized my order was incorrect and spoke with a manager who said he would take care of the issue and refund me my money that same day. however after waiting several days for the refund to be credited back to me, I called again and spoke to the same manager who told me he forgot to put the refund in so when I asked for the refund to be put in this time I told him I would wait on the phone so he could put it in and I could have confirmation. He had me wait on the phone for several minutes and when he got back on he gave me a lame excuse that he didn't know how to put a refund in. How does a manager not know how to give a refund to a customer? I told him I would wait on the phone again for someone to help him figure out how to put a refund in but he said he promised to call me back by the end of his shift to let me know that the refund was put in. It's going on a week and I have yet to receive a call from him or anyone from the restaurant on my refund status. Don't waste your money giving this restaurant your business because if there is ever an issue and you want a refund, you'll probably have to wait weeks to get your money back!

it was my birthday just because the app didnt show that it was my birthday they didnt let me get my free gift i asked for a manager with proof of ID his excuse was anyone can make an account and put a fake birthday i have my ID sir not worth the money for wings also this ruined my day

Still horrible expensive experience. The traditional wings were skinny (very little meat on it) and the quality of the chicken has declined (felt like cheap frozen food). It also did not have enough sauce on it. Never going back.

Review from 8 years ago:
I would recommend the one in Burbank. Went there couple times, twice they brought the wrong order for me. And once I found hair in the chicken; of course I got a new plate but it ruined the experience. Not to mention the long wait time for any kind of service. Overall horrible service.
