I came with my family and we got a table but they never took our order, they sat another party next to us and took their order right away, we kept waiting but no one ever showed up, so we left, the restaurant wasn't even busy

The waiter and bartender were really helpful, gave up good recommendations and were very accommodating for my group. The food was good - not exactly the best wings ever but they pair well with shots and lots of appetizers. The mens bathroom was NASTY - one of the sinks was completely broken and torn from its socket, piss on the floor and walls, and this ugly Jake Paul poster in front of the only urinal so you can get an eye full of his junk while you go. The women's restroom was reportedly in a much better state. Overall it was a good time, but they should really get someone to completely redo that mens bathroom

The good... they claim to cook in beef tallow rather than seed oil. Its been years so I had to try it again due to them not using vegetable/seed oils. Fries were tasty, onion rings were tasty, chicken was decent.

The bad... ordered Nashville hot, received chipotle. Onion rings are $9.49 for seven rings so that's about $1.36 per onion ring, and they forgot the spicy ranch. Boneless wings are 30% - 40% smaller than they used to be, ordered seven blue cheese, received four tiny cups about 1/3 full. The carrots were dried out and turning white...and they were baby carrots which is pretty lame.

The nasty... Took photos... celery on all three ordered was rotting, splitting, hollow and brown at the ends. I took photos of mine but not the other two...

$80.00, flavors were decent, but there were some serious let downs. Won't be ordering delivery from here, especially if it mattered and was for a party or something... may try to go there again, but the quality and attention to detail I received tonite either means they were short staffed, they don't care, the kitchen and whoever packed the order didn't read the wing sauce and dipping sauces correctly, or this place is struggling and they are serving old stuff...

DO NOT EAT HERE !! There was a roach on chair and it was walking around and almost jumped on our food. We called the manger jack over to let him know and all he did was kill it and move grebe her and chair all around while we tried finishing our food. We were already disgusted as it was but just finished our food and left. Would’ve been nice if they gave us new plates or fresh food, cuz asking for a discount but be to much but was really disappointed they did nothing or not even give an apology for having a dirty restaurant.

Took a little over a whole HOUR to get food when there were plenty of booths empty. On top of that got the worst food poisoning I’ve ever experienced from here. I’m in the hospital and have been throwing up ever since I had this and only this for dinner last night. Not to mention our server didn’t ever come to check up & refill my water once.

Danny is very social & friendly with my girlfriend and I, even though she was off since she was closing her till, and Kenverly is professional and keeps the drinks coming. I highly recommend coming through to lighten the mood.

Got 10 wings. Two cardboard boxes for each 5. They filled them to the brim with sauce. Like someone poured the whole bottle in. Got sauce all over my car. Who are they hiring?

JOHN IS GREAT!!! It was my birthday and I planned on getting my free wings. I didnt know that I had to sign up for the app in advance in order to get the deal. He made an exception and gave me the wings anyways. It was very sweet of him because he didn't have to do it. I really appreciate his kindness because some places would've given me a hard time or not give it (example: the Starbucks I went to beforehand). Wings were great. I was a very happy birthday girl and it was my first time trying their wings too so it was a 10/10 experience. Thank you John for putting customers needs and satisfaction first. Also thank you to the lady at the front desk for checking with someone just in case even though it was my fault.

Listen y'all I've worked here for over a year, during the course of my employment here I've been a host (cashier), expo, server AND bartender. Let me start out by saying the GM Ruth is an absolute imbecile whom has no regard for anybody else's well being other than her own. She refuses to schedule me and won't let me pick up shifts from other servers. But will let other servers take my mine. She always has an excuse why she acts the way she does but then goes to other CREW MEMBERS (not management) and relay's her actual feelings. In the past month I've worked 3 shifts (lmfaoooo)

She also tries to force me to tip out hosts which was never happening when I hosted? Regardless I never minded tipping when they help out and make my job easier, but if all you did was double seat me and ask me how to do your job as a cashier (because you obviously weren't trained correctly) and as a result I only make $50, sorry but I got bills to pay. I assume Ruth is promising tips to the new hires and that's how she's motivating them to be hosts.

Honestly, the place would be fine if Crystal and Ruth both left, cause as you can see from the other reviews Crystal has no idea what she's doing either. I just wanted other people to have a fair and honest chance to run far away from this place before attempting to apply for a job. If they treat employee's this way imagine how they take care of issues with guests? Embarrassing.
