Bun & Blanket food truck, located outside Paperback Brewing, offers amazing burgers and fries. The birria fries are a must-try with so much meat and perfect flavor. The smash burgers are a highlight, with delicious toppings like cheese, pickles, and grilled onions. The double smash burger is juicy and hits the spot, with the right ratio of cheese to meat. The loaded fries are plenty to share, packed with cheese, sauce, and caramelized onions. The lemon pepper fries are hot, crisp, and well-seasoned, a little thicker than shoestring fries. The truck staff is helpful and kind, making the overall experience great. Service is quick from order to pickup. This food truck stands out for its flavorful burgers, like the gogi-something burger, with layers of flavor, fresh ingredients, and IG-worthy aesthetics. It’s one of the best in the city, especially when paired with a cold beer from the brewery next door. Very much worth a trip, even if you're not local.
