I just found my new favorite burger spot in Glendale! Their Smashed Burger strikes a great balance between quality and price. I’m always on the lookout for a solid hamburger (something with that homemade flavor that doesn’t break the bank) and this place really delivers. It’s the best option I’ve come across in a while.

Yum! Got a double smash, gogi goey (bulgogi/kimchi) burger, and birria fries.
Burger was absolutely perfect. Exactly how I like my burgers. Classic and delicious.
Bulgogi burger was also great. The only tricky part is biting through fat pieces of kimchi. It is not going to happen, so you're gonna have to have a bit bite of kimchi. Ohh noooo!! :)
Birria fries were good too. I would say the flavoring leads way towards chili vs birria I've had previously. Still tasty, but maybe not what you'd expect.
Service was awesome. Guys were very friendly.
One huge plus was that altough it was a food truck, they are partnered with the brewery on site. This means there is plenty of great indoor/outdoor seating and free water. You don't need to order anything at the bar.
When I go back, I plan to get a triple smash.

This is the best burger truck in town!!! My wife and I drive from Sherman oaks regularly just for this truck. Amazing flavors and a truly wonderful staff that deeply care about the quality of their food. Thank you!! (Pro tip: try the cali juicy burger and loaded fries!!!)
It’s with great pleasure to emphatically declare that this is THE BEST veggie burger in Los Angeles. Paired with Loaded French Fries, the entire culinary experience was enjoyed on the patio of Paperback’s picnic table with the setting sun adding to the unforgettable atmosphere. Peter and Sarkis have successfully established the gold standard of excellence for what proper veggie burgers can be.
