chicken was terribly cooked

If you’re looking for a quick grab-and-go chicken sandwich or Korean food, this spot is a hidden gem! They offer a great variety of Korean dishes, including cup ramen, kimbap, and cup rice topped with Korean-style chicken or japchae. The chicken was super tender and flavorful, and the portion size was generous for the price. One of the staff members recommended the sausage rice cake skewer and the soy garlic Korean popcorn chicken—both were absolutely delicious! Definitely coming back.

Worst place i ever been to
Ordered chicken katsu and it was a mistake. got a Togo plate and the portion was very small and the rice felt like from the day before and no katsu sauce. Will not return and one star food in my opinion.

This is in the mall I got their chicken sando with those good sauce. The good sauce is like their medium hot which to me wasn’t that hot I wish I got their next level hot the bad. I’m even curious how hot the ugly is in comparison to other hot chicken places. Overall it was a good sandwich the coleslaw and pickles, kind of mild out the heat a lot. And their house sauce had good clover I just wish they gave me extra on the side to dip my chicken in. Overall it wasn’t that spicy I would definitely go for a spicier flavor next time

Yes it’s the only and best option in the Glendale Galleria food court (only if you like Panda Express or five guys) The chicken was crispy and tender & the sauce was good. We do like to get the food here and go to Americana for a picnic. Service was fast
Best of all, I took menu number 3 with chicken. I had coleslaw salad, home fries, rice and crispy chicken with gravy. It's generous, it's good and it's served quickly. In addition, the price level is very reasonable. I paid for this menu with a drink included 16.5 dollars

Burning Mouth offers great prices and deliciously crispy chicken in the Glendale Galleria food court.
You can choose your preferred spice level, but be ready—this place lives up to its name! Perfect for spice lovers looking for a flavorful kick.
They’re under new ownership and the staff are so nice! Highly recommend when you need a good meal in a time crunch. Go show them some love.

Chicken katsu combo was disappointing due to the amount of chicken..picture looks like its a lot more but you get 1 thin piece which should be at least 2 of those..

Good portion compared to raising canes. About the same price but you get more chicken here and at canes you get more fries
Used to be really good before, not sure if they changed ownership but you can tell the quality has gone downhill. Expensive prices with false advertising.. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

If you are in Glendale Galleria itching for Nashville hot chicken, you find your fixing but the real die hard fans of heat, spice and everything nice will be a little disappointed with the spice levels being watered down. If the rankings were dropped down two steps, it would be more accurate. I got good and felt mild, like seasoning level flavor, not heat. My friend got insane and said it was less spicy than he thought it could be. The overall quality was decent, and the presentation was nice. But overall, a bit overvalued for the coo coo #1 combo, especially the bulgolgi plate (on a bed of rice), gives you slightly less protein and noodles than you'd hope for. Customer service was on par, but the value is lacking at this location.

THIS PLACE IS A MONEY GRAB! Please do not buy anything from this place in the foot court of the outlets. It looks legit, great signage, great looking menu, but when you get your food, your going to throw-up. I ordered the chicken strips combo and bang bang combo. I’m not kidding, when I bit into it, a cold round chickenish disc coated in white fell out of the fried out coating, as if it was separate from its fried shell, I wish I would have taken pics. Worst part is when I went to get a refund, they made me wait until they finished taking orders then voided the whole transaction, refused to give a receipt for the void, then said I had to pay again for the strips. I said ok, tapper my card, came home and saw she added herself a tip on the new transaction. Thieves! I didn’t have my reading glasses on at the time, and trusted it would be handled properly. So bad food, chicken like meat, not real chicken (covered in batter), the batter was hot, chicken on inside was cold. I’m not exaggerating. Lastly how many people have they tricked out of tips. STAY AWAY!
