I drove by this place and decided to stop by for dinner later that night and thank god I did. Some of the best mediterranean food I’ve had in LA! They’re so so sweet in here too, will definitely be making this one of my spots.

I have eaten at many many Mediterranean Armenian restaurants and this one is truly the very best I've eaten. It reminds me of being a young child and visiting my grandmother's house. The food is the best and the so was the service, top notch. It's a hidden gem, a must try.

Wonderful place to eat. The people are so friendly and nice. They made you feel at home. I had the lamb chops. Seasoned perfectly with basmati rice and roasted tomato and pepper. My wife has the beef shish kabob. Large pieces of beef that was delicious. We will definitely come back here again.

Perfect lunch before our flight out of Burbank. The food was wonderful: hummus, yoghurt salad, grilled chicken -- perfect! Our server took such good care of us, loading us up on bread and making sure we were enjoying the wonderful (!!!) food. She was so warm and caring: I felt like we were welcome guests in her kitchen! The space is simple and clean, great for families. Highly recommend our new go-to spot on the way to BUR.

If you’re in Glendale, you should eat here. Everything was wonderful. The food, the people. I have never had hummus or tzatziki that was this good. Our first time trying ikra, and it was absolutely delicious as were the kabobs. Our kids ate everything! Mike, we cannot thank you enough!

We stopped on our way back from LA and this was an amazing lunch place. Great food and perfect host. Hummus was best! Highly recommended!!! We’ll visit again.. :)

I phone ordered for pick up. Lady was very nice, and said my order (6 dinners) would be ready in 30 minutes, which it was. Fresh and delicious - soltani, chicken and lule kebabs, taboule. It was early-ish, 6pm on a Saturday. Parked in front. Same price as other places not quite as good imo. My family loves this place and now so do I!
