Horrible experience with drive thru on July 28,2025 managed by Aracely C. When we arrived she was dismissive and rude from the point of ordering to picking up the food and when asked to speak with management she refused saying she was alone and in charge. If that’s the case than maybe she needs training as she misread the order, argued over handoff and refused to acknowledge app coupons. She also tried to blame my partner for her mistake in forgetting our soda. I told her she was rude and shouldn’t be in charge if that is how she runs the establishment. As we departed from the window she reached her hand out to give our reciept and because my partner had his back turned to hand over food, she quickly took her hand back as if he took too long watering her time while she took another order disregarding our whole transaction. So sad to see such a bad attitude when Glendale is such a nice area. Will not return

Drive through was fast. Lady didn't know it was me after I confirmed my online order 30 seconds after she verified it was my mobile order. Guess she wanted ot make sure I was the correct customer even if i was the only one there. What can i say Fast food good service. I'm excited to see how it'll go next time I go.
