Excellent food and service, definitely a great place for Mediterranean-style food. Very noisy inside, but we sat outside, which worked out well. Parking on Brand is a bit tricky, but there is a very convenient lot behind the restaurant.
Fantastic service, Excellent food and wine. The kebabs, hummus, salads and rice were all delicious!
Carousel is a staple in our restaurant repertoire. In terms of Lebanese cuisine, it is the real deal. Everything we've ever had there is excellent. The staff are the best. Always a great experience and we've been there many times. Add it to your repertoire. 
Food was amazing. Truly authentic. Somehow, there were about 8 birthdays that took place while we were there...
Great portions, quality food, yogurt style grilledeats are all excellent. The filet hummus was also really good.

Carousel restaurant in Glendale it’s a very nice place especially for larger groups. They have a family package affordable and they do plenty of food. Their qualities is great services. Excellent the place is located in Glendale that you could just take a little walk outside and it’s lively I would highly recommend this place.

Food is delicious, a good value, comfortable seating, nice ambiance. Although dining at peak time on Saturday night is noisy and busy, we have also dined early, when the restaurant is quiet. Highly recommended!
