The food is pretty good. Knocked off a star because of the tipping situation. The employee waited at the tip page expecting me to tip. I tipped the standard 15% since I was eating at the restaurant. By that point, I had walked up to the counter and grabbed our own drinks. We waited for our food at the outside tables. The employee knocked on the glass pane asking us to come in and pick up the food. If you’ve pressured me to tip and had received it, I expect at least some service.

Never have been so motivated to write a review for a restaurant. Been here a few times now and their shawarma is unbeatable. Some of the best food in LA period. So far I’ve had the chicken and the beef and I’d say I prefer the chicken but that’s just my preference with shawarma in general. Beef is still quality for sure.

I wouldn’t suggest going with a large group because it’ll take a long time to get your food, but if it’s just a few of you, it’s...

I’ve been living in Glendale, California for a couple of years already and this is the only place that I felt like Im in Armenia again. Shawarma and gyros were fantastic, highly recommend to everyone!
