Unbelievably rude service from your team. Not what I experience at any other chick fil a location. Worse than the Hollywood location by a landslide, simply by how absolutely rude and entitled the staff is. Needs an undercover corporate evaluation.

I am usually not one to write reviews, but this is by far one of the worse chick-fil-as in the area. Unfortunately, the other option is me driving to Pasadena in traffic to get my wife her favorite food. Last visit, during peak lunch time, they only had 1 register open, and the girl was in no hurry to take anyone's order. Took me 36 minutes to place my order. The line behind me had to have been over an hour. With no drive thru at this location, it should not take 36 minutes to place an order. Today, we visited the location again, and not much was different. No one in line and no open register to take orders. Waited a few minutes before even being acknowledged. The store was filthy. Trash literally everything. I ordered spicy chicken and got regular. And it was cold. Frankly, I hope someone reads this and makes the experience better. For now, I won't be coming back.

Great food as always. Shout out to management and staff for being so patient with the rather large group of teens that were loud and annoying. I thought I wasn't going to enjoy my dinner but the staff was awesome.
Employees should make sure that the store is tidy and clean. We were there Tuesday night. Door handles and glass were dirty. Tables dirty.

I wish I can give zero stars...I got hair in my fries and hair in my chicken burger...if they think it was my hair surprise I have a shaved head...super rude no refund no call...they don't care about you...I talked to their customer service and not even a we are sorry..gross I will go to in and out next time

I really like this location, and atmosphere there, it’s pretty clean and staff is very friendly! They sometimes messes orders, but I guess this happens only when they are super busy, so maybe you guys need more staff there…

Always messes up orders. Forgot all sauces on a large family meal
Very efficient establishment even during rush hour. I got the wrong order but the very nice lady taking orders to tables corrected the mistake. Definitely coming back to this place and you should too.

The sauce packets always open unevenly as you can see in the photo. I often have to open the rest of the flap from the middle and it gets messy and the sauce gets on my fingers because of it. This needs to get fixed

A chick fil a without a drive thru makes it so much more calm. Sit down inside and chill you dont even have to go to the counter to order. Do it at the table with your phone and they'll bring it out to you. Super clean and food taste great

This location pales in comparison to the other locations in quality, attention to detail. My delivery order arrived with zero sauces even when clearly stated on the order ticket. The fries were stale, and soft, not fresh at all. Would not order at this location again.

This chick Fil A is one of the well maintained restaurants I have found so far. The food was really good and was made well. The restaurant is located in a very busy business area and parking is very difficult to find during the busiest hours of the day. The food took around 15 minutes to make and serve. The staff were very friendly and answered all the questions I had about the menu. This restaurant has restrooms located next to the register counter. Overall this restaurant was ok and I would visit again.
