I love this place and try to come here more often. Many thanks to the manager of this place! I want to come today, Google just reminded me of this place and asked me to write a review, so now I want to eat at your place again.

I just go down there and get what I need for one box and she’s really polite and easy to get along with. Plus she’s got the right food for me and a friend of mine I hope and she still open today.Parking: It’s a small place, but very good food and I like going there often on and I hope that she still open or they are open. Do you the fact that I kind of like that food and they give me a good quality quantity for the right price to.

Helen is the sweetest! I came with less than 5 minutes until closing time and instead of turning me away or making me feel unwelcome, she did the opposite! :) she was warm, welcoming, kind, and helpful! She even had fresh noodles and crispy shrimp made for me and my best friend. Anyone that goes above and beyond (even after closing) and can still share a laugh with their customer is phenomenal in my book! She deserves a raise and as a first-timer here, I will absolutely be coming back :) Thank you Helen! You are a gem and deserve to be recognized!

I'm eating as I'm writing this. I got 3 entrées and a side of the fried cream cheese. The fried cream cheese was cold on the inside. My total came out to be $17.52 and after charging me for using a card it was $19. So this place is more expensive than Panda Express. The taste was good. And the portion is very generous.

I would put this place up against any other Chinese restaurants. They always have FRESHLY made food, and its always on point. The crispy is never soggy! I dare you to compare withing a 20mile radius.

The Best Chinese food

As far as neighborhood Chinese spots, this is great top tier. I feel like the not so great reviews come from people who don't know what a neighborhood Chinese spot is like and comparing it to like a Panda Express which is like super Americanized. This is a real Chinese spot thick chow mein, real orange chicken etc. I will continue support this business I love it

Definitely a hidden gem in Glendale. The food is amazing, tastes home made. The price is more than fair for the portions. I work nearby and frequently eat at China Food Express. My go to is the orange chicken and jalapeño chicken. The sauce on the orange chicken is definitely better than most other places. The jalapeño chicken is just spicy enough to get the point across. All served on a bed of chow mein or fried rice. The staff is super friendly, always happy to see you when you come in!!

A delicious Chinese fast food spot tucked away in the corner of a small strip mall. They don't keep too much food already prepared, so most of what you can order will be made fresh. Plates are well served, and entrees have lots of your meat of choice. The orange chicken wasn't heavily battered, the they serve big chunks with the Mandarin chicken, and there was just as much chicken as veggies in the kung pao. Prices are fair and a tiny bit lower than the big chain guys. Definitely reminiscent of the small spots in the old neighborhood.
