Chipotle Mexican Grill

7 employees, minus the 2 cooks, makes 5, but only one taking walk up and online orders and doing the register. What kind of service model is this? Waited for what felt like an eternity only to be told right before I ordered that it’s card only.

so I guess tiny portion sizes are alive and well at this location? I thought they had taken care of that but apparently not. Even after asking for more, they said it would be counted as double, so I just asked for more fajita veggies instead, and almost as if they were trolling me, they added one small extra bite’s worth. like one slice of onion and one slice of pepper 😂 not cool

Slowest Chipotle ever. They had one person doing online orders and serving the line in front of him. Manager comes from the back and instead of helping waiting customers he decides to test the temperature of the food. Several people walked out of the line all because individuals can't manage.

took so frickin long and the workers were talking instead of serving i waited in line for 20 minutes and workers didn’t understand how to swipe a visa gift card

DISAPPOINTED!! Chipotle do better. Spend $45 for 2 people. Took 2 bites from my bowl only to throw it away. The other bowl only took 1 bite and also threw it away. Food was beyond salty! DISGUSTING!!! I felt like I was eating salt and not an actual bowl.

I want to give my opinion on this site.
The place is not bad nor is the service.... BUT.... there are 2 people who serve the food.
I got a young man who served the first part: A POT OF RICE......AND 3 PIECES OF MEAT...😡😡😡😡.... does he buy the meat they sell?

Nice visit. You forgot our utensils. Other then that, fist time trying out Chipotle was wonderful. Worth the price…kinda, at least it’s big enough to get full which is already a plus. Something that most food places don’t do. Fast service, and very professional staff. Overall I would visit a Chipotle again.

RAW CHICKEN. There isn’t more to be said other than the chicken was in large pieces, cold, and RAW. This is a serious health hazard and shouldn’t be taken lightly. We usually love Chipotle but the one at the Glendale Galleria was terrible.

The chips they gave me were sooo stale there’s no way they were from even a couple days ago. Food tasted old. Never going back to this location. Even when I eat chipotle chips a couple days later they arent as stale as the ones i got
