The server was taking too long because he was busy having a conversation with another co worker that was ordering ahead, the line was beginning to get long. The food was decent, the area was a mess and there was a hair found in burrito I purchased.

He did a phenomenal job at keeping a good pace getting my food to me.

The staff at this Chipotle location are, for the most part, welcoming and friendly — and that’s always appreciated. However, the past few visits have left me genuinely frustrated. The portion sizes have become absolutely absurd.
The first time I noticed it, I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it looked like they were training new employees. But since then, nothing has changed — if anything, it’s gotten worse. The bowls are noticeably lighter and less filling than they used to be, and it’s becoming a consistent issue.
What’s most disappointing is that the price hasn’t changed. I’m still being charged full price for a carnitas bowl that feels half empty. This wasn’t a problem in the past, so I’m not sure what’s going on, but it’s enough to make me reconsider coming back. Quality and consistency matter — and unfortunately, both seem to be slipping here
They have a cute curly hair kid working the line. Super nice and very understanding, more then willing to accommodate for my needs. Very fast service on the line. Overall he made my experience a 10/10.

This fast food restaurant was ok, The food they had was not really looking fresh during my visit. I build my burrito with what was looking fresh. The restaurant was not as clean as it should have been and the staff were neutral. The restaurant has plenty of seating available and the restaurant does have parking available next to it. Overall this restaurant was ok and I would revisit if it was my last choice.

I can see why Chipotle is struggling. This used to be a very good store that was well staffed and fresh hot food all the time. Not so much anymore. Only saw 3 people. 1 cooking, 1 taking the orders and being cashier (with a line forming) and the other only doing online orders. Some of the food looked old and dry. Messy work station with ingredients falling into other ingredients. $5 for brown guac and stale chips. Management needs to rethink their model.

Malena is amazing. She handled 30 customers with the same excellent service and speed from beginning to end, all by herself. I've never seen anyone at a Chipotle work as hard as she was working. Management has to give her a raise. She had no time rest because there was a constant stream of customers.
She took complex orders, offered samples, split orders, and entered promo codes without changing her composure once. She basically did every possible job there all by herself.

He ask me my order is to go or dine in. My order is to go. Then he go to different counter to put rice in the bowl. (Not the one where u order). When i go home and start eating my food. Rice r so chewy and hard. That they make my jaw hurt. Then it make sense why he go to other counter to put rice in a bowl. When he has rice in the front counter. Very bad experience. If ur food go bad. Through it. He do it on purpose because he know it to go. And customer gonna be gone by the time they figure out what they got

First and for most bravo to those two guys only working that day! He was on register while the other one was cooking as much. There was a huge line but the guys made it work and the food was fresh! I'll get their names next time I go. You guys are Rockstar! Even though others were impatient! Thanks guys! You the mans.

Let's start with customer service. I have a picture of the guy who served us, but I won't post it respectfully.
Hey Chipotle manager! Pay attention, please. we used to love this place. Now? We came after 7 pm. It's a mess, disrespectful customer service, and leftovers. I will stop by in the next month and try to give one more chance.

I came 20 minutes before they’re supposed to be closed and they wouldn’t serve me saying they’re closed but technically they close in 20 minutes. They just did not wanna serve me or anyone I guess 20 minutes before their actual hour says they close.
