Do not come to this chipotle. You will end up waiting for service for 10 minutes even if there’s no customers ahead of you. The person preparing your food doesn’t look like she even wants to be there. Bad mood and attitude all around. We paid in cash and she told us she didn’t have change and if that’s okay with us. When told it was not ok with us she asked us if we want our food. I don’t know where they find these people but Chipotle you guys hired the wrong ones to represent you. Will not be coming back, id rather take my business elsewhere.

Always understaffed on Sundays at least. I’ve waited 40 minutes for 1 burrito multiple times. I feel bad, I don’t even blame the few employees working there for working slow. I won’t ever be coming back :(

The food is a bit pricey these days, food was bland and the service was mediocre ? I am still not a huge fan. I do return from time to time to see if I will have a better overall experience.Sometimes it is the crew and management that can bring down a location. When there's a new team and or management the location can upswing.

Mmmmm well chipotle, what can I say about this place that is not known all ready?!?!?! Just that it is not really authentic Mexican cuisine, just the name of the food. It gives a hint of it. Over an all it is great fast and easy. I go there when my not Mexican college are looking for lunch.

Worst Chipotle with RUDE DISGUSTING managerthis is the worst Chipotle ever and shame on Chipotle corporate to hire people like Emily so called general manager to abuse costumers they these guys are moron and dumb they cant do anything correct they gave me wrong order I came home I called so called restaurant they didn't pick up the phone I had to drive there to change my order I called that uncivilized monster manager which her name was Emily she cam with full of attitude I told her this is not your first time you give me wrong order and not only that there was hair on my food that's so disgusting and this wasn't their first time this was their second time that happened to me I was so angry and upset she didn't apologize at all not only that she was very rude and was yelling on me who hell is she to abuse costumers and yell at them SHAME ON CHIPOTLE CORPORATE THAT READ BAD COMMENTS AND DOESNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION WHICH HAS THE WORST EMPLOYEES AND THE WORST MANAGMENT they don't care about anything I saw employees they don't care about hygiene at all they answer the phone and touch other things and then they serve your meal no wonder I get sick every time I eat here never again till chipotle corporate take action they read all comments but they dont care at all shame on chipotle corporate and Emily the so called manager this is the worst Chipotle on the Glendale stay away from this location till they fix their issues I will for sure report to health department about this location.

This is the saddest Chipotle I visited in my life.They have the most odd work schedule.Most of the time, food is not the freshest.The staff are nice.Vegetarian options: You can get a vegetarian taco, burrito or even burrito bowl.

Where's the meat! Not in my burrito! How expensiveCan chicken be for them to not be able to fill my burrito up a bit more. The burrito was 4Inch wide full of RICE! There was also barely any cheese or sour cream. Like none. It was rice and some giant onion pieces. So annoyed!!! Can you just get it right? How hard is it to make a burrito?

I usually have such a bad experience when coming to this precise chipotle location so I try to avoid it at all costs. For example, the customer service is usually terrible (dismissive, rude, poor attitude) and the way the food is prepared just sucks (very small food portions, sloppy, burritos poorly wrapped). HOWEVER, today was a whole lot better. I think they may have hired new people not sure but today's service was definitely better. The guy who prepared my burrito today had a good attitude and did such a great job putting a perfect amount of food and wrapped the burrito with care, which may seem like a small thing but it makes a difference. I really hope the service stays this way.
