My 4 year was asking to for Cinnabon at the Glendale galleria, so we got 2. My 2 year old insisted to eats on her own and while she was eating I spotted a shiny silver thing covered with frosting I quickly took a look and realized is a METAL SCREW she almost ate it we complained to headquarters and they said would refund for trying to do serious injury and harm even though unintentionally, they still haven’t refunded, it is still unacceptable the only job you have is to serve edible foods hair or insect is understandable but baking and frosted construction tools is on another level of failed… horrible service and horrible customer service for Cinnabon as a company… I still have it saved in my fridge.

I drove all the way from north Hollywood with traffic to find out after I also waited in line and ordered that they do not accept cash. They didn't even have a sign. Piece of paper. No warning. No apology . Such a waste of time

Three stars because I first time I went I was happy. I would give ONE star for the SORRY hard, crusty, dry mess they served me today. Was very disappointed with the quality this time

Stopped by here 5 minutes ago and they would not sell me a box of 6 original buns to go because I was not wearing a mask.This is a walk up counter in a mall, nobody else was in line, or rather, there was no line.So even if I were infected with...anything at all, I would have posed no risk to any employee or potential customer.So congratulations to the employee who lost this regular customer and gained this 1 star review.
I got an order of cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets. Taste was fine except for the excess sugar. Price was too high!

We absolutely love Cinnabons and didn’t realise that they could taste even better than usual. Gloria and Jenni also made us one of their drinks that every other shop has just said it’s out of stock. Thank you ladies for making our Cinnabon experience even better.
