This place has one of the most unique Nashville breakfast burritos. Not only does it give a unique take on breakfast, if you want to experience how to feel again, the heat will make you see a new dimension. Staff are super friendly. 11/10

First time there at around 8pm Thursday night and the place was empty. Got the main chick burger and mac n cheese. Medium hot. I guess one of the reasons people don't give it high ratings is that they don't have any drinks other than their lemonade which I didn't get. The chicken was good. Kinda routine but nothing special. Mac n cheese was a little watery. Don't understand why. And the come back dressing (it's the name of it) was mayo based and kinda hard on mayo. Overall it was ok for one time but not something someone would crave or think of going back again.

Food wise. I got a breakfast burrito. Tastes a lot like eggs and the fried tots. The chicken is in there but lightly. I got medium heat. I can't handle spice that much but I have to say if you would compare it with other places. This medium is more like a mild if you ask me. Service def get like a 4 or something. The man who helped me was soooo don't bother me. I wanted to ask him about the fries but I just didn't because I felt like he would cut my head off. It's the oldest one that works here. I hope he is not the boss. Cause with a smile you ll let much more chickens sold. It's cheap and it's easy to smile. Anyway, I could see the other people eating the chicken sandwiches which looked delicious. There was a women who ordered three combos with drinks. So I guess she much have spend at least 40$. She asked for more of their special saus. That guy charged her 0.99 cents. Hahahhaha. That was kinda cringe. But overall would go back.

Says it identifies as a black ownes business but I dont think so. $18 for 2 wings fries and drink, huge wings that made me feel like the meat quality was sketchy. I like the sauce and the flavor of the fry. The chicken was mediocre.

A chicken tender sandwich made to your spice level of choice. I chose "better" the middle of the road option, and it was just right. Paired with 1/2 and 1/2 fries and tots it was a great lunch. The pickles on the sandwich were a nice touch and I would have loved more.

Ordered mild seasoning (one step up from "no heat") on my tenders. Perhaps there was a mix-up in the kitchen because they were almost too spicy for me to tolerate. Went back for an order with no heat and they were sitting in pools of oil. There are way too many of these chicken places out there for me to give Cluck & Blaze another shot.

Terrible employees are rude & slow. I waited a extra 15 min for my order and on top of that it was wrong. I asked for a certain spice level on the cluckin fries and it had absolutely no flavor and everything was just thrown in the plate

I'm assuming this issues were do to a lack of attention to detail. Ordered delivery the next day from the same restaurant. I knew I'd have a small window so I scheduled the delivery. The food arrived within my delivery window. However, the food was inedible. I tried the hot seasoning which barely coated the chicken. The portion was half the size of the night before and cold. This time I ordered the Mac and cheese dish, great flavor I'd imagine of hot. The cold noodles and piping cold fries that tasted day old made it tough for me to truly decipher. The bonesless chicken was so cold it wasn't even worth an attempt to bite into it. Stark contrast in less than 18 hours. I'm going to assume this was all the result of someone not paying attention to the order details. However based on the few bites I did take I find it hard to believe I would've been pleased if delivered on time

Ambiance - It's bright & fun, a lot of room with the a decent amount of seating. It doesn't feel too crowded between tables so you have privacy and room to get comfy while you eat. This chicken ALONE is a 10/10 for me. It's fresh and juicy and the flavor! They are doing hot chicken the RIGHT WAY. The flavors satisfied each taste bud, it's deep and lasting. I ordered this with fries (they have crinkle cut and the seasoning is delicious) and a side of slaw - yum! It's the perfect palate cleanser for a meal like this. I don't care for sweet cole slaw so this one was perfect for me. My husband and I love hot chicken and I've told him he ruined me with Cluck & Blaze because nothing else compares to them. Great employees & amazing food.
