Simply the best eclairs in town. Flavors, textures, presentation… it’s a must.
Absolutely delicious 😋 everything we wanted and more
Always drive by this shop and finally decided to stop by with my friend. We LOVED the 3 items we got. We saw so many Tiktok & IG posts about this place and were wondering if it over-hyped. Absolutely not! Each item we got was fresh and had so much flavor and satisfying texture! Nothing was overly sweet, and they looked amazing. Can’t wait to come back next Friday and try more items. The staff was very helpful and kind. We sat inside, and had such a pleasant experience.
Beautiful pastries and taste amazing. They are so pretty and wouldn't even want to eat them.
My partner found a little imperfection in Hazel nut pastry and the two pastry chefs personally came to out to apologize and offered two more pastries on the house.
Totally worth the hour and half drive.
With just enough sweetness, fresh and unique patisserie, without sugar overload. I will definitely go back and try some other types.
We’ve been looking for a truly artistic pastry shop in LA and our search probably stops here. A decent variety but everything we tried was Amaaazing!!
I strongly recommend Cool Bites.
Great job guys! Keep it up!
Lemon tart is awesome!
I wanted to try this desserts so BAAAD because I’ve seen so many videos of people saying that they were so good… so we drove all the way from Portland, OR to LA just for this😅 It was so delicious and they were kind, nice service. I 100 recommend this place if you love patisserie. My favorite was the raspberry, but all of them honestly taste amazing.
These desserts are top tier! I love the pistachio tart and the earl grey eclair. There are also delicious fruit flavored pastries if that’s your palate preference. Someone compared this place to 85° and said 85° is better. I personally don’t like 85° because I think their desserts taste like overly-sweet nothing. K-town bakeries are also better than 85°, imo. The desserts at Cool Bites have texture and flavor notes in much the same way a good perfume has notes, undertones and the dried down fragrance. The prices are comparable to other pastry shops with similar type desserts.
They pastry and items all look beautiful but they dont taste anything. Strawberry tastes like nothing. Moose filling was frozen so it was like sugar free ice-cream. Raspberry, again zero flavor. For $10 plus each, they better be on point with flavors. 85c is so much better flavor wise. They need to learn how to add flavor without bring fake. Also frozen moose just isn't good. The butterfly topping was not edible so thats another issue. Use rice paper or white chocolate instead of whatever that was. Stars because they look nice.

Had high expectations trying their stuff. $15 for an eclair, at Bottega Louie prices I'd expect Bottega Louie quality and taste. Either the flavors were off, texture wasn't right, or both. One of the pastries was literally like a bagel filled with cream. The pistachio cake was decent. Won't be back. Internet hype at its finest
For a business to write a response to a customer in such a tone directly shows how unprofessional the business and its ownership is. Next time you are criticized as a business, perhaps take criticism and work on fixing your business practices and pricing, as opposed to lashing out at a customer. A professional establishment would never respond to a customer like that. And just cuz you recreated something French, doesnt mean you recreated it properly. Good luck.
I drove from Arizona to try these beautiful pastries. For sure, they are gorgeous. The employees were friendly and the bakery was clean and inviting. For this reason, I will give three stars. Unfortunately, not a single one of the 5 pastries that I purchased tasted good at all. I really tried to give each a chance multiple times, but they just aren’t yummy even a little bit 😔. I was super bummed.
Exceptional 10/10
Really delicious and beautiful cakes 🍰 I got the earl grey eclair and the hazelnut pastry, both were excellent but my favorite was the earl grey eclair!
This is not really a review cause I went this last weekend and absolutely EVERYTHING was sold out by 5:30 pm. Lady was standing there greeting ppl, but nothing to offer. Tip to just show up super early next time ❤️. With so much demand tho I'm surprised they weren't stocked up more. oh well. next time ❤️. I'll update the review next time (:
