The best pastry shop in the greater Los Angeles area and perhaps all of LA county. You won’t find a stale croissant or over-creamed eclair here. No, this is not your average neighborhood bakery or pastry shop. Cool Bites is a legitimate patisserie in the truest sense, ran by an expert chef, with an exceptional amount of care and craftsmanship in the creation of each individual sweet. I recommend the pistachio eclair, which I see in my dreams once a week.

Bought this unique cake for coworkers retirement party. It was a huge hit, everyone loved it and was talking about it for days. It was so reach in flavor so even having a small piece hits the spot. The cake looks way better than in picture, I was unable to get a good angle because of the light reflection, so shiny. Thank You CB!!!

On July 6th i bought these two pastries and a very small fruit cake. The pastries were not fresh and had a very bad taste. Both of them. They went to trash. On the photo is the example not those that I’ve bought. I have no idea about the cake. It was a present. $67 for very small fruit cake and two pastries of total bill went to trash. I gave 2 stars because my sister bought once some selection from them, those were good. that is why i decided to visit them. Otherwise will never buy from them.

My compliments to the pâtissière! ?? Also, the shop is tastefully designed and service is great. Even the boxes and bags are very cute and fancy.
It's definitely the fanciest and most delicious pâtisserie that I've ever tried on this side of the Atlantic. ?After going back several times and trying almost everything, I was finally able to choose a couple of favorites: the earl grey eclair and the cherry-matcha cube.
