Del Taco usually hits the spot on the occasion that I go. This time, this location... Not At All! I got Two Chicken Soft Tacos and a Fry. The tortillas were hard and folded weirdly like there was a stale crease in them. The chicken inside was cold and chewy and I would normally say that I was disappointed in the amount of chicken in the taco but I couldn't eat them anyway. I asked for the fries to be crispy but they were practically mush and as soon as I picked one up it just broke due to them being cold, soft, and soggy! The only good thing is that they put about 25 Del Scorcho hot sauce packets in my bag so I saved those for my home supply. I made a homemade burrito the next day and enjoyed it with some Del Scorcho and still had plenty left over! Get it together Del, just don't give your customers inedible food... we really don't expect too much from you in the first place.

I drove thru and ordered a chicken Epic burrito. You gave me a combo meat and bean Epic burrito, not to mention the tortilla was a soggy mess that stuck to the wrapper. You store phone number on the receipt is invalid. Not the first time I've had issues at your location, but will be the last.
Thick lady worker with glasses had me waiting for over 10 minutes I was the only person in the drive thru. And she got my order wrong.

I love Del taco, it’s my best favorite food. this restaurant supply hot water, which made me very happy; Most of restaurants do not supply hot water, which made me very difficult to eat some cold stuff, and I have to bring my hot water from home before order food. 2 things need improve: closer payment devices for Apple Pay at window; another thing: stop boys playing bicycles from neighbors at parking lot.
