They mistakenly added meat to a very expensive vegetarian order. When I called to discuss the issue, and ask for a refund for an $18 pizza, I was told they were far too busy to deal with the issue.

I love this specific location so much! It was my second time visiting and both times the staff were so nice, helpful and so friendly! They saw me being with my little daughter and they gave us napkins, a bag and chatted with us like they were a family. It’s nice to see franchise stores treating you like that - with love and respect.

I had a disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. I originally ordered two medium pizzas for $7.99 each—one cheese and one pepperoni—but they delivered both as pepperoni. When I called the store to report the mistake, they offered a credit for my next order but didn’t bother to apologize or show any concern for the error.
A few days later, I called to reorder the same two pizzas using the credit. However, when my GF picked them up, they only applied the $7.99 credit to one pizza and charged her $13.33 for the second medium cheese pizza—despite it being the same order as before.
When I called to clarify the charge, the manager simply said there was nothing she could do for me. No effort to correct the mistake, no apology—just poor customer service overall. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this location doesn’t seem to care about making things right.

The absoluted saddest peice of junk excuse for a sandwich i have ever seen.. good god its not even a single layer of meat/veggies for $12 dollars. Do better. Go anywhere else. Ordered on uber eats

I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. The delivery driver left the pizzas ON THE FLOOR at my front door without knocking.
I called the restaurant to complain and the Manager was rude. I asked her "would you want to eat food off the floor?" Her response, "if I was at home, I would be okay with it." Who says that? I explained that I was not raised like that. Being a business owner, I explained that customers pay for our services to be right. She then proceeded to hang up on me. They lost a good customer! I will not be ordering from this location again!

I always try to give a chance to all businesses that have very low star grades before judging, but 3.5 red flag. Should not place ? my order. New customers beware don't buy food here.

Manager on this location sucks!!!! Ordered thru Uber Eats, and called to get Jalapeños and crushed peppers (there were missing from uber eats menu) they told me you have to pay for it. Then one of the workers offered to charge me over the phone and send those items with driver. I agreed to that, and then i spoke with manager who told me they can’t do that blah blah. I used to order with dominos and always paid over the phone providing card info, and the other worker offered me the same , but manager refused to do that.

I really hope the management reads this. Whoever was the guy working on the phone the night of Dec 4th, AWFUL! We ordered online at 11pm for an event(birthday) at 12am since the app lets us and the store is open until midnight. Shortly got a call back from this guy letting us know that the oven isn't working, which is fine but we just asked him what alternative he can offer since we were relying on that place and it was too late to order somewhere else. He was VERY VERY arrogant and rude, with a blaming tone, ironic and sarcastic, could not listen to us, blamed for being disrespectful while we weren't. Said whatever he wanted and hang up. I myself work with customers and I understand that all of us have our bad days, but it's one thing feeling sad and not wanting to communicate, and being rude to a customer who's just trying to get food.

Domino’s in Glenoaks is very bad at pizzeria because he’s lying for two pizza say $28 and then I said why he said go to Jack-in-the-Box. This is my price.
