Spent the morning walking around in the Glendale Galleria and decided to order some donuts at Dunkin on the way out. I decided to place a to-go order on the mobile app and stop by to pick up after. I placed the order around 12pm and walked over. It surprisingly wasn’t busy at that time. I also saw my order as in progress on their screen. However, it switched to completed, even though it wasn’t ready yet. Waiting a bit longer, the staff came out and called my name. In terms of the donuts, I got (1) Boston Kreme and (1) Glazed donut. They both did not look very appealing. I could say the same for the taste as well, since it didn’t not taste fresh.

Incredibly mid. Very cheap tasting donuts, no better than Hostess at 711. This is food for stupid people.

i’ve been coming to this dunkin for the past month or so the iced coffee here is inconsistent, sometimes it’s just average or too watery. i came here a few weeks ago and ordered an iced coffee with extra creamer. before receiving my order i noticed that the guy who made my drink appeared to be confused like he had no idea what he was doing so i assumed he was new to the job and didn’t think anything of it. i waited quite while despite making a mobile order before getting there. when i finally received my order the iced coffee tasted horrible. they barely added any creamer or any sweetener at all. i had to ask another worker if they could add some creamer and they did but despite that the coffee was very sour and undrinkable no matter what i added in it. needless to say i’ve stopped coming to this dunkin after this. it’s just not worth it spending 5 dollars on a coffee with a 50% chance of it being good or bad. this place needs better training and organization. the donuts here a good tho ?

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. They’re consistently late at making online orders (even if it’s just a coffee), never have anything available or prepared on time and don’t honor the offers that Dunkin Donuts advertises. Spend an extra buck and go to Philz around the corner

Got the sourdough breakfast sandwich and the egg was cold. Bread wasn't toasted. The cheese wasn't melted. Luckily the iced coffee wasn't a waste.

I have never met such insolent and stupid people anywhere. On March 30, I went to get an Americano, I asked for a 2% Americano. I was given cold water with milk added, with a coffee smell, I told them I didn't ask for such a thing, an Americano can only be original, without milk and tart to taste, to which these people ignored me, didn't even give me sugar, didn't remake the coffee, in the end I left my 2 mugs of coffee there and left.I videotaped two women bullying me by these two waitresses and ignoring me, one guy waiter in the same video asked me with a threatening look "what's the problem"?If you don't fire them, I will take this complaint to the head of food and service and you will be in trouble. They will test your staff for adequacy and your drinks for bacteria and unsanitary.Let them drink coffee smelling water and make their own drinks at home. They are the service staff and I asked them politely but nothing came of it.The economy is already in bad shape and people are holding onto jobs, but apparently these women don't realize that and don't appreciate my wasted time and money.I am waiting for an urgent response from you explaining this outrage.

On March 29, I bought two coffees: a cappuccino and a BLACK Classic Americano. Asked for name, had the order number on the receipt. Waited for 10 minutes. The employee (on the photo) silently puts one coffee, name and order number does not say. I thought, well, I'm not the only customer. Another five minutes pass and she silently puts the coffee again with an impudent look and leaves. I tried several times to ask who this coffee was for, no one answered me. When all the customers left and the two cups of coffee stood lonely, I realized it was for me. "Thank you," I thought. The coffee naturally went cold and turned into a disgusting substance. I didn't give a hoot. Then I asked for brown sugar, she said she didn't have any. I stand there waiting for her to offer me some sugar and apologize, but she defiantly moves on. I then ask again about regular sugar, she again tells me there is no sugar. Then I say with a dumbfounded look: how long do I have to play the guessing game? I ask her to give me some sugar at least (she was obliged to do this / offer it). She gives me a cheap sugar substitute... But that's no trouble either. When I opened the lid of the glasses, I discovered that the sulfur Americano wasn't an Americano at all, but a gray nasty substance. That is, she stupidly poured some bourda (remotely similar to "milk" with antibiotics, most likely). I was shocked.I didn't drink it. I left that dump and walked away. I don't advise anyone to buy there. The second saleswoman stood and laughed at that.

Hi I visited Dunkin on Glendale,CA on Saturday on afternoon on 1/13/2024. I ordered thru mobile order, and picked up my half dozen.DISRESPECTUL & RUDE MANAGER. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST for your sanity.I approached the female employee who wore glasses, possibly hispanic or not with attitude and being rude who totally ignored me at first time when I called her.So I asked again and she finally responded, and I just asked for a bag for my donuts.Even though she heard me this time , she was on her stuff making her own stuff. I was only asking for a bag, and seems like she did not know what to prioritize her task at all. grabbing a bag does not take longso I approached other guy asking, then she turned back and told me, "WE ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU A BAG. WAIT!"I was surprised to hear that because giving a bag does not take even a secI never saw any worker with that disrespect to a customer.Glendale spot was place where I would go very often for my donut but not sure if I will ever go back again cuz of her. It was so horrible store experience.

Great coffee. Subpar donuts. Terrible and slow service. They are in my opinion, disorganized and poorly managed.Long ago, Dunkins was a great donut shop. They left California and returned years later. And they reinvented themselves including providing kiosks through which food us ordered. Robotization has robbed them of that long ago cozy and intimate feel. And whatever reason, their new business model has taken a toll on the flavor and quality of their donuts. When I asked for a buttermilk donut I was told they no longer make these but I was told the sour cream donut tastes “just like” a buttermilk donut. I conceded and bought a sour cream donut and contrary to what I was told, buttermilk and sour cream do not taste remotely the same.
