Before closing, I stopped by, and a worker was outside smoking a blunt. I don’t personally mind someone smoking but who the hell tells a customer to give them 10-15 minutes and that you’re on your break. Because you’re not. Completely Unacceptable customer service. Other than that, food is decent. Need a manager in store or someone in charge.

I was super excited about this place during our stay in LA. The snacks are inspired by Mexican snacks. And I sent my husband to ask for some things that I wanted and the person who served him treated him rudely.
I was super disappointed for this reason.

The ladys so rude, went in with my family and asked for hot Cheetos w cheese but the cheese was “cold”? And so I asked for pina pop and said it was gonna be cut up and not on a stick ? So false advertising and rude ? Better your workers not coming back
Late night cravings ? ?

December 2023 - If you're going to use store bought chips and sell nachos for $9.00 at least use the good kind. Mexican supermarkets sell bags of chips that they fry themselves. The chips were stale, not worth $9.00First of all, just because you add "El" to something doesn't make it Mexican. Second, how are you going to sell "Mexican" snacks and not know the real names. We went in asking for chicharrones and the lady had no idea what we were asking for. She knew them as "wagon wheels". Talk about lame! Lmaoooo. Third, their ice cream sandwich is made from the Gandma cookies that you buy at 711 for $1.00 and they sell them for $5.00 PLUS TAX! GTHOH!!! You're better off going to El Mercadito in East L.A. for REAL authentic Mexican snacks with people that actually know what you're asking for. Hit me up if you want me to teach you how to make real esquites DF style, you're going to love them ?

I asked for extra butter and extra mayo, do you see any? Any at all? I even called and let them know and they denied it and couldn't do anything. And this was $13..
