I like el pollo loco. Yesterday, I wanted to purchase a meal, 2 piece but didn't need the drink, for that matter want. I asked the manager on duty, if I may dine in, and bring my soda to drink with my meal. He said NO. I then got it to go! After all, I was spending a little less than $20 for dinner. Weak El Pollo Loco 😜 Thanks Mr Supervisor appreciate your welcome ness.

We recently dined at Pollo Loco and found the overall experience to be quite satisfactory. The facility was clean, the food was great, and the prices were reasonable for the quality provided. While the staff were attentive and efficient, we noted that they did not return greetings, which was a minor shortfall in an otherwise friendly service. The bathrooms, however, were not as clean as we had hoped, and there was ample parking available. Overall, we believe Pollo Loco delivers...

Im coming 2nd time in this location and this guy name is Carlos always helping me like his own restaurant. I hope one day he gone have his own restaurant or be a manager. It’s not lots of places you can get service like he give to me.
