I hate coming here because the customer service is so bad and most of the workers here a rude but there is one employee who definitely deserves some recognition her name is Theresa. She is literally the only person who has the best attitude and doesn't give you any hard time about ordering any kind of extra Salsa. Got two double chicken bowls (different varieties) and both were excellent. Chicken breast perfectly seasoned and good quality. Bowl was large and fully loaded with chicken lettuce, salsa, corn, avocado and other stuff. Chicken tortilla soup very good as well. Healthy fast food for sure. We don't have el Pollo loco in Hawaii so we always stop here when visiting LA.

Everything was very good, except the Mac and cheese . It tasted like it was just melted cheese and chewed pasta. And the bag of chips provided, seemed like they ran out . It was like less than 10 chips.
