Food is ok but the manager Marco is rude every single time I come in. Especially when I order big orders for my coworkers. Also is it just me but this place has a seriously bad smell. I don’t know where it’s coming from. But it’s been way too long for them not to notice.

I visited this location on June 26th around noonish. I young lady with braces took my order. Immediately no greeting just what can I get you. Ok, so I ordered a empty tortilla bowl to build my own bowl with. I apparently didn't use the correct phrase or term for the bowl because this young lady got loud and in a very rude manner poorly explained the difference in what I asked for and what the proper term was. She only spoke to me in this manner not the person before nor after me received this terribly unprofessional tone and treatment. I'm new to the neighborhood and my company wanted me to get pricing info for catering of our 4th ofJuly picnic as well. I didn't even ask after her poor treatment. I wish I could give her no stars 0 out of 10.

Probably the worst Pollo Loco’s I’ve ever been in. The tables were all dirty, the windows are FILTHY, and it’s super hot inside. Plus it lacks the usual brand decor and could be any burger joint. . Food is consistent with other PL’s but kinda gross.

I love El Pollo Loco. It has always been the "Healthier" alternative to say Mcdonalds. All of their chicken is freshly grilled. I tend to get the crispy shredded chicken tacos, I tried their New Stuffed quesadilla which was amazing. And if im on a budget cant go wrong with the BRC burritos and dont forget to always ask them to GRILL them, it makes them taste a whole lot better especially with the avocado salsa.
Rude Unsanitary Disgusting RoachesWe came here to order our family. Every time we have come esp w/ the cashier Mariella was so rude and unprofessional. She was rolling her eyes when we mentioned a food allergy and asked them not to put cheese for our son. She was touching money and then touching food. We we got home there was cheese everywhere and the chicken was rubber and fat pieces. It was inedible. We called George who said he was a manager and he refused to refund or replace our order.Coorporate needs to flag this place and shut it down.

I went there at 7:15 p.m. (They don't close until 9:00 p.m.) and was told "We don't have chicken." This was NOT the first time I've gone in an hour or two BEFORE closing and they've NOT had chicken. How can a restaurant with chicken (pollo) not have chicken???? Another group of non Hispanic people were told the same thing. However they did tell my partner, who is Salvadorian, in Spanish that they had some boneless chicken he could get. Next time you want chicken, do NOT make the crazy mistake of going to El Pollo Loco.
