Rude Unsanitary Disgusting RoachesWe came here to order our family. Every time we have come esp w/ the cashier Mariella was so rude and unprofessional. She was rolling her eyes when we mentioned a food allergy and asked them not to put cheese for our son. She was touching money and then touching food. We we got home there was cheese everywhere and the chicken was rubber and fat pieces. It was inedible. We called George who said he was a manager and he refused to refund or replace our order.Coorporate needs to flag this place and shut it down.

This is a great el pollo loco and my top choice. Very clean and organized and fast service. They have new chairs and tables which is nice. Food was delicious as always.

I ordered a Double Chicken Avocado salad and I saw, "Make it Combo, $2, add chips and a drink." I got the drink, got the salad, the salsa... but no chips. I asked about the chips. The worker said the combo only comes with a drink. I said, "The sign right there says it's chips and a drink for $2." "No, it's just a drink." Nowhere on the board does it mention any other combo than this on CLEARLY posted. She said it's specifically only for those two meals (cheaper than mine) above it. It sounds petty to whine about that but it's bait and switch. Now, the lids for the drinks. There were two silver bins near the drinks, both for trash... I thought. The worker said those are the new lids. One was apparently trash and the other were "new" lids, literally two at the base of the bin, other stuff in there. The chicken was made well (thus, two stars) but in the salad, the chicken were mostly uncut hunks that when the guy cut it, he didn't go through the meat, just half cut through. Then, a piece of a chicken bone was in the salad. I've been going to EPL forever but this place needs some work.

I had a great experience at this El Pollo Loco location! The grilled chicken was incredibly flavorful, and the seasoning was spot on. The sides, especially the rice and beans, were a delicious pairing. The service was friendly and quick, creating a really welcoming vibe. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, making it an all-around enjoyable place to dine. I definetely recommend this location.

Update on the el pollo loco in glenoaks- they've remodeled the store! It looks great and cleaner than ever. I'm glad to see this location keeping up with maintenance and their food is still good quality every time I visit. It looks like they may have new workers or management because the service is much faster and convenient than the last time I visited. I tried the quesoblanca burrito for the first time and it was super delicious.

I went there at 7:15 p.m. (They don't close until 9:00 p.m.) and was told "We don't have chicken." This was NOT the first time I've gone in an hour or two BEFORE closing and they've NOT had chicken. How can a restaurant with chicken (pollo) not have chicken???? Another group of non Hispanic people were told the same thing. However they did tell my partner, who is Salvadorian, in Spanish that they had some boneless chicken he could get. Next time you want chicken, do NOT make the crazy mistake of going to El Pollo Loco.
This place is underrated. Tried a soup, quesadilla and churros. Everything was very fresh and tasty. And the customer service at this branch is just outstanding. Thank you.

Very dirty someone has to check, customer service horrible, nobody speaks English, customer service provided me with a fake code, went to order food store didn't honor the code that they provide. What a fake company.

Worst customer service, went online and reported the issue, they provided me with a code that told me to write on the receipt, I was told that when ordering again show the receipt with the code and that they would not charge me.Obviously the code was fake, went yesterday and they didn't honor the code.Customer service horrible and the company too.

Did not go into store. Did a pick up. The food was decent and filling. There was plenty. We were unable to eat all of it.Parking: There is a free shared with other businesses tight parking structure. It does open on 2 different sides so prepare before you leave to go out the correct exit.
