When placing my order, I requested “all the way” toppings but asked to exclude certain condiments, specifically saying “no relish,” mistakenly thinking that relish referred to pickles. Once I received my burger and sat down to eat, I realized there were 6–7 pickles on it, which is quite a lot for a small burger, and it hit me that I had confused relish with pickles. Recognizing the mistake was mine, I approached the staff member at the front counter to explain and asked if there was any way to get a replacement. He asked for my receipt, to which I responded by explaining that the error was on my part, not the staff’s. Despite my honest admission, the employee offered no apology or understanding. Instead, he simply said, “You made the error, not us, so there’s nothing I can do.” I asked to speak to a supervisor, only to be told that he was the supervisor and still could not help since the error wasn’t theirs. I left the restaurant disappointed, having lost both food and money, but more importantly, feeling let down by the lack of empathy and customer service.

This is my awful experience in my life. Why does he want to fight with customer? After I order burger he keeps making a dirty look. One thing I really worried which is cooked by that guy. He drop tool and makes uncomfortable sounds. I’m not coming back in this store anymore.

I've never had Five Guys before, but I'm slightly disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger with all the toppings, and it tasted fairly average. It doesn't exactly justify the price, which was almost $13 before tax! The beef felt underseasoned, but the beefy taste was present. The bad part is that the burgers were pretty oily. Service was quick, and our food was ready just as quickly. Considering its place in the mall, I'd give it a pass on atmosphere. Overall, I don't believe it lived up to the hype.

The sweetest and caring staff I've ever encountered!!! Give them all a raise!! Now!!! lol. i was having a silent anxiety attack and the cashier noticed and asked if i was ok. She helped me a lot. I was getting dizzy and feeling faint and scared but her words were so comforting. I don't do well in crowded places. The staff behind her were all so vocal and communicated with me the entire time. they all smiled which helps with my anxiety. The food was delicious! My fries were extra hot which i love! will return!

Patty is great but the cheeseburger is missing some cheese. I also like the cajun fries?
Careful if you're taking if for to-go, oil gets everywhere.

First visit to this fast food stand. The negatives first:A.Slow service.B.The employee who took my order was unhelpful. With an attitude like his, one would have thought he was going to pay for my order.C.The French fries were extremely soggy. They were also saturated in oil. I carried the bag home on my lap and when I exited the car, found the car seat and pants were stained with cooking oil. I am including photos of the bag and my pants with this review. Double bagging might have avoided thisD.The food preparation was soooo slooowwww even though there was only one person in front of me.E.The burger meat was poorly seasoned making the hamburger bland and almost insipid.F.A hamburger and French fries were more than $18. No drink included. The positive is the hamburger meat was good quality and grizzle free though as stated previously, bland in flavorNot sure I will return here. They need to step up their game.

The hamburger & the fries looks tasty. However I never tried it before. It’s ok I don’t order & eat fast food these days prefer to eat food at home. The service looks great as busy as usual. The cooking looks great to me. I normally eat IN-N-Out burger & fries outside Brand Blvd. Five Guys is great that’s all I have to say.

Never waited so long for a burger in my life when there was absolutely no line. The guy didn’t care at all and gave me old fries as well. Never coming back here. Five guys is a good chain. The one at the galleria is terrible.

As always one of the best burgers you can get. Their fries is what keeps me coming back. I’m not the biggest fries person but will do back flips for theirs.
