Low quality, bad attitude, unprofessional customer service. Nastiest burgers I ever got in my life for me and my family. High price and all junk. Go learn from other places.

Ordered a shake - took over 25 minutes to prepare and it didn’t even taste that good. No communication from the staff on how long the wait would be for 1 shake! No atmosphere. Forgotten about service with a smile!

The burgers has just buns and meat, that's it. If you get cheeseburger you get extra cheese and thats it. The fries were too salty, eatable but not good. Meat tastes weird. The fries were just trown in the bag. It was also too expensive. We paid 34 bucks for just 2 burgers and 1 fries, 1 drink.
The best thing was a lot of napkins. ~

I took the subway to downtown LA from Hollywood because I was craving my favorite bacon cheeseburger and fries. Nothing makes me travel more for food than to satisfy a craving for one of my top 5 favorite foods, the bacon cheeseburger. So I headed to my favorite place to enjoy it - Five Guys. I ordered the burger and fries with a salted caramel shake to quell my craving until I reached the Hollywood/Station where I was I reach of my apartment and peaceful indulgence of the bacon cheeseburger and little fry from Five Guys.
I will say this - I noticed a $7-$8 increase in price since the last time I ordered from the location at Figat7th. I'm interested to know what has caused such a massive increase in prices at one of my favorite restaurants serving one of my favorite foods. I'm not in the habit of shelling out $30+ bucks for a burger combo, but I hope I'm always able to afford and justify the cost of goods and services I enjoy.

After waiting a half hour and 2 attempts at just making my burger without cheese I gave up and asked for a refund. That took 10 min on the phone with the manager. Service is bad here.

When placing my order, I requested “all the way” toppings but asked to exclude certain condiments, specifically saying “no relish,” mistakenly thinking that relish referred to pickles. Once I received my burger and sat down to eat, I realized there were 6–7 pickles on it, which is quite a lot for a small burger, and it hit me that I had confused relish with pickles. Recognizing the mistake was mine, I approached the staff member at the front counter to explain and asked if there was any way to get a replacement. He asked for my receipt, to which I responded by explaining that the error was on my part, not the staff’s. Despite my honest admission, the employee offered no apology or understanding. Instead, he simply said, “You made the error, not us, so there’s nothing I can do.” I asked to speak to a supervisor, only to be told that he was the supervisor and still could not help since the error wasn’t theirs. I left the restaurant disappointed, having lost both food and money, but more importantly, feeling let down by the lack of empathy and customer service.

This is my awful experience in my life. Why does he want to fight with customer? After I order burger he keeps making a dirty look. One thing I really worried which is cooked by that guy. He drop tool and makes uncomfortable sounds. I’m not coming back in this store anymore.
I've never had Five Guys before, but I'm slightly disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger with all the toppings, and it tasted fairly average. It doesn't exactly justify the price, which was almost $13 before tax! The beef felt underseasoned, but the beefy taste was present. The bad part is that the burgers were pretty oily. Service was quick, and our food was ready just as quickly. Considering its place in the mall, I'd give it a pass on atmosphere. Overall, I don't believe it lived up to the hype.
This is the kind of service I'm talking about

The sweetest and caring staff I've ever encountered!!! Give them all a raise!! Now!!! lol. i was having a silent anxiety attack and the cashier noticed and asked if i was ok. She helped me a lot. I was getting dizzy and feeling faint and scared but her words were so comforting. I don't do well in crowded places. The staff behind her were all so vocal and communicated with me the entire time. they all smiled which helps with my anxiety. The food was delicious! My fries were extra hot which i love! will return!
