the burger was not tasty, it was just dry, the burger consisted of two buns, bacon, a cutlet and a piece of cheese and no sauce or vegetables, it was impossible to eat this burger without choking

Customer service was great. Workers are very nice. The food comes fresh and hot. Very appetizing. The fries are actually seasoned unlike some places. There's a variety of toppings to choose from. Kitchen looks very clean.

The hamburger & the fries looks tasty. However I never tried it before. It’s ok I don’t order & eat fast food these days prefer to eat food at home. The service looks great as busy as usual. The cooking looks great to me. I normally eat IN-N-Out burger & fries outside Brand Blvd. Five Guys is great that’s all I have to say.

I have mixed reviews on this place. The young guy working the cashier (and later the cooking the meat) didn't look like he wanted to be there. I Asked him what kind of onion was better on my protein burger and he barely responded. I was Sooo shocked when I found out my burger was $15!!! A Bacon cheeseburger came out to $15! Uhh that amount, I can go to a nice restaurant and basically order a burger for that amount. But this was one of the few burger options at the mall. The burger ended up being made exactly how I wanted and tasted really good! But the price and the service of the employee made this a 3 star place.

remember ladies, five guys is a restaurant, not a weekly mission.

This place can't be real, this review is not based on the food, which I would give a two star, same with the service. But the absolutely stupid pricing and it cost $28 for a cheeseburger, small fry, and a shake. I also tipped five dollars so it came to $33. You'll never see me, or for that matter anyone I can influence or know at your business again. I feel dirty still having spent that, it's the absolute principle of being ripped off.

Never waited so long for a burger in my life when there was absolutely no line. The guy didn’t care at all and gave me old fries as well. Never coming back here. Five guys is a good chain. The one at the galleria is terrible.

Fast, friendly service. The fries were hot, crispy, and delicious. The burger was juicy, and made exactly to my specifications. Overall, a wonderful meal.

Their service was the most shocking thing to experience today. I walked up to the register. A group of about 3 young adult males were laughing and said "I am not taking that! No you! No you gotta take that!"(Referring to helping me order) Keep in mind im just this young female, alone, at this small five guys place with a smile on her face. Way to make me feel welcomed. Side eye. Anyway, one of the boys told a girl to help me order. And she came and helped me, (glasses I think? tanned skin) and was a sweetie to me. I politely asked for a cup of water. Most places will give water cups for free without purchase, this is just a known thing. I am given the water cup and I leave, then realized I should grab a water cup for my friend as well so I return in line. Ask again, politely, for a water cup for the same girl who was very warm and gave me a second water cup. BUT GET THIS. while she's filling the water cup the group of boys start looking at me and their coworker, and talking to each other like "did she even order any food?" and then LEGIT SHOUT AT ME FROM ACROSS THEIR KITCHEN "ORDERRR A BURGER. WANT A BURGERRRR?" with a tone that was outright disrespectful and indirectly told me in the worst way possible, we don't like to give away water cups. If five guys does not give away free water cups, I have no problem with that, just let me know! Thats not a problem. But for them to just gossip to each other about my requests and the cashiers doings, and then yell at me to buy a burger was absolutely one of the most shocking experiences I have ever had at a food place. Nice job scaring me and my friend away!

As always one of the best burgers you can get. Their fries is what keeps me coming back. I’m not the biggest fries person but will do back flips for theirs.

The two clerks who were working went above and beyond to help me. We couldn’t eat inside as my friend was leaving the hospital from a procedure. I asked the clerk if they could give me an extra bag and to please cut the sandwiches as we had to eat in the car. They were thoughtful and helpful. I really appreciated their kindness after a long 12 hours at the hospital.

First time and last I’m eating in this places. I think the food is extremely expensive $24 for a hamburger fríes and a soda. Nothing special about the food for that

I paid for my Little Cheeseburger and immediately they hand me a brown bag. I couldn't believe it was ready. But I expect my burger to made when I order it, not handed to me as soon as I pay for it. I ask them why so quick. The guys tells me he had some ready so he just handed me one. The cheese wasn't even melted. He just threw a slice in there. It didn't feel fresh. The patty had began to dry. It wasn't warm. It's hit or miss with this chain, I've learned.
