I’ve been a customer for about ten years now and I’ve noticed the quality has gone down. I’ve noticed this for a while now but just yesterday bought some pastries and they tasted old and stale. Won’t be returning unfortunately.

The workers are rude and disrespectful, rushing customers and not giving them time to make a decision. If you take a moment to think, they act impatient and dismissive. Sadly, after so many years, I think it’s time to move on.

I usually visit this bakery, but I’ve noticed that the quality isn’t consistent. Every time I purchase a pastry, it seems to be made with a different recipe or turns out differently. For example, I recently bought a Napoleon, and from the picture it’s supposed to be crisp and flaky but the one I got was very soft, almost soggy, as if it had been sitting for too long and the cream had soaked into the layers. I hope the bakery can maintain a more consistent quality because their pastries do have great potential.

They provided me with triangle-shaped gatas, but they were not fresh. Unfortunately, they lost another customer as I noticed the gatas were sourced from a different place than usual.

Horrible customer service.Overcharging customers.They charge you extra if you use your credit card which is illegal.The workers are extremely rude.The place is a mess and disabled people with wheelchairs can not get into the store.The employees get paid by cash which is again illegal.

One of the best Armenian Iranian bakeries anywhere in the US. Never disappointed with what I've purchased there, unfortunately too far away to visit more.
De La Cafe Bakery has delicious food and a wide variety of options, but unfortunately, I've had some frustrating experiences with the service. It's been challenging to communicate with some of the staff members due to a language barrier, and I've observed them conversing in Armenian or Farsi when customers are present, which can feel exclusionary. Additionally, their policy of not accepting credit cards for purchases under $10 is inconvenient in today's increasingly cashless society. I hope they'll consider addressing these issues to improve the overall customer experience.

It's a shame the customer service, my husband bought a cake and it was ruined and when we went to complain they told us that the cake had been given at a discount when they were never asked for a discount, what we wanted was a cake in good condition we didn't get it for discount!! So I think they knew what they were selling was not good, it was an old cake that was sold to us for a fresh cake and it was never a discount like they told us because they paid what was never a lower price!!
I was most embarrassed since the cake was for a celebration party and the guests didn't say anything out of shame until there was someone I trusted who told us that it was in bad condition!!
