I had very bad experience with one of the customer service Elaine, I told her that mango topping was rotten gave her with the spoon which was in kiwi, because there was no spoon in the container then, she took the spoon and trashed it so hard in the trash which were two spoons. She was so rude, it felt like she slapped on my face, her colleagues did see what happened asked them what was their manager's name they said Albert. She had very bad attitude, she should not be treating like that attitude with customers.

The froyo was average and so were the prices (65 cents per ounce as of March 2024)??♀️ but the layout of the store was kinda flawed. All of the flavors are shoved in a tiny corner so when people came in it got really crowded. The workers were pretty nice

I was a loyal customer, not coming back. The quality of the chocolate frozen yogurt has changed. Its now bland, and it's messy and runny as well, this is a poor quality product overall. This was never the case all these years. Also an unattended child coughed right into the dry toppings, I alerted a worker there, nothing was done.

Was in the area so had to try it given that I've become a recent fan of yogurtland. That being said, this store holds no candle to yogurtland. The most disappointing thing about this place is the most important thing which is the yogurt! It is poor quality... melts super easily and very bland. We got four different flavors: Strawberry, vanilla, matcha and cookies and cream and it was all underwhelming. The toppings were fine but if the yogurt isn't rich the toppings are not going to make up for that lack of quality. Not recommended.

Great location, parking is easy and the frozen yogurt and side options are pretty good! The only thing is that there's never any seating yet there's enough space for more tables to be put out for customers to sit and enjoy there yogurt!!! Service is ok I just didn't like seeing the employees sitting on the counter tops were food is being served at.

I luv the yogurt flavors/combos & low fat choices.It's usually busy on a hot summer day!The photo shows seats & tables crowded inside which looks messy But over all like the choices they have & convenience of the location.

All in all this place is ok Yogurt wise. My issue is the lack of appealing flavors- how many fruit flavored yogurts do they need. Where is the coffee, cookies and cream, cheesecake, pistachio or even coconut yogurt. Had to settle for the tart vanilla and sweet vanilla. MehI do want to give credit where credit is due. They take their cleanliness very seriously - so much so that I had a hard time getting my yogurt because the girl was cleaning the living daylights out of the machines while I was trying to sample the yogurts.
Great frozen yogurt! The Açaí bowls are even better. Usually full around 3:00 because of nearby schools. Service is great and it looks very nice inside. AC is always on
