I bought a table online for tonight (Ulisses&LA konga) paid $511, ones I got to the table the waitress asked me if I would like bottle service or drinks, in response I said âwhat do you mean? We bought a table online, she said ok, you get 1 bottleâ) we choosed grey goose. Once the night was almost over, the waitress showed up with a bill of $350 asking extra money for the bottle. I showed the manager my receipt for purchasing the table and that the text message from the organizers, which I got their number from giggles online customer service! Showing that they told me that the table come with 1 bottle. The manager said this number is a scam and he does NoOT know who this number is. He didnât care what I had to say and still charged meâŠ.BUT THEN HE GAVE US FREE DRINKS FROM THE BAR!!!! so Iâm asking myself how crooked this manager is?! Horrible experience horrible customer service, misleading information by their website!!!! Watch out!!!! I will sue them!!!!
We went in November with my boyfriend and it was my first time, according to what I was going to see, the robot, and lights and none of that happened, they said that the months were reserved and it was a lie, they spent the whole night and no one had months reserved, there is nowhere to put your drink, a disgusting place

On October 31 we were there from 8:30 they said in a post that with a costume and before 9 it was free. They opened at 9:45, then they said that if you didn't have a reservation you had to pay $40 đ€·đ»ââïž and we were wearing a costume and we still had to pay. THEY ARE A FRAUD

I don't know why his DJ doesn't respect the special nights I went with my wife to the cumbia and salsa night and unfortunately he plays pure damn reggaeton the cumbias or salsas he plays are the same mix set as every day he doesn't have variety in terms of sauces or cumbias and not to mention in IA from back to 80s not until that Day he plays reggaeton the same set he focuses on mana, fabulous, man g union and repeats them he has no imagination of what they are from the 80s the guy is 2 or so years old he goes Namely, the one from the 80s and 90s, they should change it or tell them if they're afraid, change it!!!! When you hear whistles it's me ok let's see if that's how you get your act together

If you're going to advertise free entry before 10 PM, at least have the courtesy to open earlier than 15 minutes before that time. This feels like a scam, and I'm not sure how this business is still operating. Itâs incredibly disappointing and unethical to mislead people like this just to squeeze out an easy $40. If you have no intention of actually offering free entry, don't advertise itâit's deceptive and disrespectful to your customers. Shame on you for these dishonest practices; I hope it catches up with you. And to Zinorbita, the tribute band for *HĂ©roes del Silencio*, shame on you too for being part of this.
