I went there because the Pasadena location was going through a remodel. This is a little closer and in the Vons shopping center. It’s very large and welcoming. Service was prompt and courteous, with ham sliced upon request, which let me know it was fresh.
I like going and getting a pound of ham for sandwiches and I usually get there in the last hour and sometimes there are none left and so I started calling and would be told that they don't have any and I found that the app has a place to order a pound and it's cheaper. Excellent ham sandwich. Some of the best ham I've ever had. I got the Classic Ham Sandwich.The bread for the sandwich wasn't very fresh, but that is my only criticism. The portion of ham was very good. Love the honey mustard (which they sell bottled).I can't speak to how crowded it gets as I was there in the afternoon, but I suspect they get busy at lunch.At 630am on my way to work, I've seen the very long lines down the sidewalk at the Holidays, so you definitely...
