The drive thru is horrible, but the food and the employees are always awesome. It’s the closest In-n-Out to me so I’ll tolerate the drive through situation for a double-double.

Got 3 burgers tonight and 2 fries ! Went through the drive through! The food usually is fresh but I don’t know who cooked tonight! The fries were hard like potato chips! The bread from the burger was hard as well! I’m a bit shocked about this and disappointed.

Last night we were driving around and suddenly got hungry. It was our first visit to the Glendale location of In-N-Out Burger. The line was moving quickly on the drive-through so we thought let's do this! Someone ahead of us was letting people in ahead, it's generally okay but 5 cars? When you're hungry you start counting.
Anyway, finally they took our order and I thought it was clear what I was ordering from the secret menu - the flying dutchman. When we drove to the pay window they repeated the order as 2 double double burgers.......
We thought it would be okay and asked if we can change the order to what we initially requested and they seemed agreeable. The only thing is we didn't check the order and on arrival at home it was still 2 double doubles and no flying dutchman in sight.
The burger was awesome and the fries are always so yummy but I did feel a bit disappointed. We're going to give this place another chance as we often are in the area. It was a very busy night so things happen.
Oh, almost forgot, my husband orders his burgers mustard friend and both were mustard fried. I've decided I like it and from now on I'm ordering mustard fried burgers. There's always a silver lining. Lol. We'll be back soon!

I do love a good double double. The food here is just what youd expect. Parking is a nightmare. Most of the lot you initially see is for the restaurant next door. The drive thru takes up a lot of space. We did go in, but had to do some tight maneuvering to park.
In-N-Out Burger never disappoints! The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and cooked just right. I love their simple menu — it makes choosing easy, and everything tastes amazing. The fries are crispy and perfectly salted, and the shakes are deliciously creamy.
The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re a burger lover, In-N-Out is definitely a must-visit!

I have to come back a year later and edit my 5 star review. This place has gone downhill, or maybe just the night staff has. It’s been 3 times in a row that my order is just not good. First they skimped me with fries a couple times. My carton was nearly empty. Now I take a sip of my lemonade and it’s completely watered down. There’s no flavor whatsoever. And I go to different locations all the time and never encounter this. It’s this particular location and likely management that has been skimping back on things.
