While I appreciated the attentive service, the food was absolutely disappointing! Their Islands fries were too salty, hamburger patty was not juicy, and Tikki chicken tender looked like frozen food. The restaurant had a smell that reminded me of a bathroom. The restaurant should smell like fries and hamburger, but instead it had a smell that turned me off.

Fun happy hour. Had a nice blue fruity drink to fit the atmosphere. Happy hour specials on food and drinks.

One of the best Island's we've visited! Clean, well lit, with a family friendly atmosphere. The hostess was very kind and the food was great. Our server Joana was phenomenal. She was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional!

Good for a quick cool burger and fries, but $20 for a burger is a little high.

It was our first time eating here and the burgers were really great! Our server Edgar was also wonderful offering excellent recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed! Also, very funny. we will most definitely be eating here again! 😊

my favorite islands to go to! But what ALWAYS makes the visits amazing is Joana! She’s attentive, provides amazing service and is just the sweetest ever! She always goes out of her way to make sure our table is taken care of!

I was tempted to give 4 stars because our server read our minds and was nice and cute, but my Shorebird was a bit too salty. The fries are actually pretty good! They are quite different from most fries I’ve had. Imagine if In N Out actually made good fries! I also had the Kona Pie which looks better in the picture than in real life and doesn’t taste as good as you’d think. I mean there’s too much whipped cream! Why does America have such a bizarre love affair with it? They drizzle it in cheap fudge tasting chocolate. The mocha ice cream and nuts are very good though. The passion fruit iced tea was good. We got a comfortable booth with a view of the outside world. There a several tv sets with surfer footage and sports programs. The menus are on the table already. The entrance from the parking structure can be an accident waiting to happen so read the door! Make sure you read it! Parking is in an adjacent structure and is validated.

Good burgers & fries
Would benefit from slightly more experienced servers. Still, I keep coming back for the burgers. This location doesn’t have the truffle fries though
