Great food, I love their big wave burger. Employees are always super nice. Have been getting food from here for a long time and they never disappoint. And prices are pretty reasonable for quality of food. It's not gourmet restaurant but definitely a level or two above fast food without the additional cost

We enjoy visiting Islands here in CA or AZ. We enjoy their burgers. Over time the size of the burger has decreased but the cost has increased. It's the time of the day I suppose. The quality remaims great. Our server was attentive and kind. He would refill our drinks timely and gave my son his bday dessert with no question. Thank you

Islands was a good visit for me and my friends. They seated us within 15 minutes on a decent day. The servers are nice and give lots of tissues so that was nice haha. The burgers are honestly one of my favorites (bleunami being my favorite). Fries are always good and delicious! You can park in the lot next to the building or even next door at the galleria!

I love Islands Restaurant. We have only a few locations in Orange County. So anyway, I took my girl and I here after messing around in the city. They are pretty pricey and delicious food. I ordered the New Wave burger. I think my girl got something smaller. She doesn't eat as much as I eat lol. Food portions here are big. The French fries are tasty and fresh. But they are small size, and not very big. Customer service is good here. We had a good waiter serve us. Might have a chance to visit here again.

This place is really friendly great customer service specially the host Anjela always is so quick to clean whatever table is asked of her and brings out anything extra we ever ask of her! Brian and Alex are the best bartenders i have ever come across.

Review is based mostly on service, food is still great (although has gotten small in proportion). Came in as a party of 4 and they seated us at the smallest table, even though we asked for a window side. They mentioned how one of the waiters wasn't there until a certain time so we weren't able to be seated where we requested. When we finally were seated, we ordered the food right away. When they brought the appetiser round, they only brought the appetiser with no plates or utensils. Our waiter, by the name of Christian seemed to forget when we asked him for certain things. Service was annoyingly ignored. I was very close on not leaving a tip because he kept forgetting. Don't think I'll be going back there any time soon. Also, it seems like you pay more now and get less.

Their tipping is included in the receipt which is really big and be extra careful and be sure to look at the amount you paid! But i dont want to go back in this palce anymore.Its the same in their other branch.Just be aware of what you're paying.

This is one of my family's favorite burger places. Got the Maui Burger, and it was jammed with avocado. Sweet potato fries are so good. I just wish they weren't so expensive to add. The daughter got the sliders, wife got the wings, and they were perfectly spicy. The guacamole and chips are a good appetizer, but the salsa taste extremely store bought from a can. The pineapple butter cake is such a good dessert. I recommend it. Tried the blond beer, and it was just ok. The oreo shake was also lacking.The parking structure, specifically the Island section now has 4 spots that are for pickup. So very limited in the section, but its a big parking structure so I'm sure you can find a spot. Oh and they validate.

Haven't been to Islands in a while and was looking forward to it. Upon arrival, the place didn't seem too busy, but there was definitely many people waiting to be seated. Tables were not promptly cleared and there were tables just sitting empty without seating all those waiting people. The wait was too long, so we went to neighboring BJ's. We were sat quickly, and service was great at BJ's. The employees at Islands seemed unmotivated, dreary, almost sad. There was no urgency whatsoever with staff. They need to stop blaming staffing issues and get some fire under the asses of the ones working! More and more customers will not put up with this lack lustre service.
